The parking lot was dark at night, smelled like someone went to the bathroom. Too many bushes around the doors, anyone could hide out in them at night.

I like the location. I did not like the cleanliness of the rooms and lack of updates

I had a room on the courtyard which was quiet and had a nice view. Didn't use amenities. Just a one night stay. Building is a little older but well kept up.

Checking in was great. The place was very nice. They wanted my credit card for "incidentals," even though they sell nothing there (no restaurant). In the morning when I was trying to get to the airport for an international flight, I was treated rudely, very rudely, by Johnny at the front desk. I asked to speak to the manager. Johnny said he was in charge. He refused to print something saying I did not owe anything. Johnny said Orbitz people were not part of their hotel duties. I still have a $75 charge on my card (not a hold a charge) Johnny should be removed from dealing with the public, I spent 10 minutes with Johnny when I had other things to do. I hope I will recieve an apology from La Quinta..

Nice hotel . Breakfast was good. Bed was comfy. Room had a musty smell and carpet worn out.

Went to check in at 12:45 am and there was one clerk and about 20 people in the lobby to be checked in. People were yelling at the clerk and hardly anyone was being checked in because of all the confusion. After standing there an hour we left for another hotel. What a joke I can’t believe you have this place listed as a service provider. A waste of money and of Uber rides. Horrible. Just horrible.

Checkin was great, staff was friendly room was clean but the bed was very uncomfortable. Thry need to change that bed. Its soft and when I lay down I sink right down. God bless there was 5 pillows on the bed I lay down on 3 and had 2 under my head. Right now I am experiencing back pains. I stayed at this property several times and this will be my last. I told Sarah the front desk agent abput the uncomfortable bed but as if she was not interested.

Nice hotel, professional staff. Location is wonderful

It was clean and quiet. Good value and good location

nice and clean likeful

Hotel is older but was very clean and perfect for our needs. We just needed someplacr between getting off the cruise ship and out late night flight. We were able to get into the room early.hang out by the pool and shower before our flight.

We were put in a smoking room because that’s all they had available. However we booked a non-smoking room, so they should’ve made sure it would be available or we should’ve be notified before arriving.

Great custimer services, close to the airport, clean.

Near the airport. Very pleasant staff (Nikki at the front desk in the night, Jhenelle in the morning and Melissa as well)!!! Really enjoyed my stay. Great staff, very VERY clean accommodations. Great for my family with my husband and I, our 2 young children (6 months and 4 years) and grandma.

Hotel was undergoing repairs. Elevator near our room was out of service. The entire hotel smelled like mildew.

Fine no-frills place to stay on Cypress Creek Rd. near I95 exit. There’s a shopping center across Powerline with a great French bakery cafe and an Italian focaccia sandwich cafe. The check in process was quick and friendly. While the hallways are in need of refreshing, the hotel seemed to be in process of renovating. The room was fine, with good linens, fridge and microwave. Shower was strong and hot. The pool looked pretty nice for an industrial park motel. Breakfast had make your own waffles, good coffee and some muffins and bagels.

I have no complaints it was an excellent stay and I'm looking forward to the next time I can get away.

Thank you providing your feedback. When a reservation booked with a 3rd party and prepaid to a 3rd party, they are required to give you a receipt since you have paid them. We do not provide copy of receipt since your credit card transaction was done with the 3rd party. Also, we require $75 incidental deposit which will be released after you turning over the room key.

Thank you for your review, we are happy to see that you enjoyed your breakfast and the pillow top bed. I do apologize for the condition of the carpet, we are actively working on having the room carpets replaced. Daniele T. AGM

Sorry to hear that, I am sure you are talking about Fri or Sat night. It was busy due to Bowl game in town. Sometime people come in groups at the same time to check in and we do our best to expedite the process.
