Room was old, outdated and dirty. Toilet seat cracked. Toilet paper holdet coming off wall. Water took forever to get hot. Sink didn't drain properly. Only Elevator out of order. Many Cleaning carts blocking the first floor hallway, difficulty passing with luggage. Fire alarm going off , no communication from staff.
This is a pretty good value for the price. This is a no-frills hotel but it is neat and clean. Location is as good as anywhere else in the spread-out areas in South Florida suburbs. I appreciated that we were placed near the side door on the first floor as we were traveling with a pet and I had called head to make arrangements. Breakfast was decent. Also no-frills but a value in keeping with the price point.

Not acceptable cleanliness in common areas. The room was very simple but clean.
Breakfast was good. Liked the fridge and microwave in room. Didn't like the live bug that was in the bathroom. Room super small. There was no bathroom in the lobby and the vending machines didn't work :(
The rooms could use some renovation

Overall, this time was deteriorated more than pre pandemic.

Gail was the worst check in receptionist I have ever had to deal with .Very rude and not helpful at all. Coming in to check in after a long day and I thought I would be able to have a relaxing night. Took more than an hour to get checked in because she couldn't find my reservation.

I highly apologize that you did not receive any fruit at the time of your stay. We normally have a plentiful stock of fruit (apples, oranges, and bananas). We must've had a very busy morning due to Spring Breakers, but still that's no excuse. We'll be more prepared on those sold out nights for breakfast in the morning. Again we apologize and will be ready for your next. Thank you...
