We stayed for 4 days and the elevator was broken the entire time. We had to go up and down three flights of stairs. I’m also pregnant having to do that. There was no hot water for our shower, the tv didn’t work the whole time. The room was filthy and the air felt dirty and humid. The front desk staff were mediocre at best.
The sheets were not clean
The primary concern is that your entrance door to the building should be handicap accessible.
Lights in the room were broken and not working. They would not give me another room because nothing else was available, they told me maintenance would come by and fix the problem and they never did.
First room given smelled bad and had no hot water. Second room had mold in bathroom ceiling. Everyday room key did not work and had to get redone. 5 nights and room was only cleaned once.
The worst hotel y had ever been in, even the bathroom doesn’t work properly, that AC had a burnout smell, the property is really old, the elevator seems to be at least 40 years old, stay away from this hotel
Hard to find via google maps. Staff nice. Guests a bit noisy, but not noticeable when tv on normal volume. Room clean, but carpet stained.
This hotel is old need to be refurbished
From the outside it looked very nice, however there was unfinished walls throughout, missing moldings, holes in walls. Staff was great, but ownership/management obviously doesn't care.
The staff was nice and friendly , but now wi-fi , very little hot water , room was shabby
The room smelled like feet and cigarettes. There was mold in the bathroom. And the light switches were filled with dirt. The only positive was the area it was in was close to shopping at saw grass mills and Starbucks
