Disliked: Cleanliness
"This was the worst nightmare! The host didn't respond to our texts. The house was dirty, infested with cockroaches, and the beds had only one sheet with a dirty comforter. The 'luxury' claim was a joke - no bars in the closets, hangers on the floor... and the worst part? The host said that's not enough reason to return our money! Terrible experience, not recommended to anyone.
