The front desk gave me a room on the fourth floor apparently the room wasn’t ready. I went downstairs with my wife and two kids she gave me another room. I went upstairs to the fourth floor and the cards were not activated . The breakfast was so expensive. I had to leave the hotel by seven breakfast start at 6:30. Scramble eggs and potatoes and a toast me and my wife and 3 years old & one year old we where charged $45 I thought kids eat free . I called in the afternoon to question the bill they told me it’s $13.95 even though the sign says $8.95 . I called afternoon Time to complain I was told I had to get a voucher for a three-year-old. I think this was very bad customer service considering how disorganized the hotel stay was and inconvenient it was for me just to get into my room. Then I was forced to pay for something that should have been free because I wasn’t given a voucher and misled to believe the breakfast was free. I feel very disappointed with my stay there and like I was taken advantage of.
