Great stay! I would highly recommend this property and the location. Convenient to the highway with lots nearby and the area is very clean. The staff is friendly and the room was cleaned properly and comfortable. They have continental grab and go breakfast but hot coffee all day!

I was not greeted when I approached the motel desk. The agent instead was reviewing a computer screen. Eventually he acknowledged me. I mentioned I requested a first floor room at which he said none was available. I ultimately believe he denied me a first floor room because I reserved the room under a third party, Orbitz. When I asked to talk to the manager he smuggly said I am the manager. At 2pm in the afternoon in such a large hotel I do not believe all first floor rooms were taken. The manager, Mike certainly had an attitude and had no skills with working with people.

The staff here is excellent! They will bend over backwards to make your stay a pleasant one.

Breakfast was good for COVID-19 standards. Bloody towels and dust under the sinks, like they didn’t clean for years. Shower had a low pressure. We had a problem with the front desk, as we didn’t want to leave the hotel at the very beginning. She didn’t want to refund us the second night, upon Orbitz resolution center called her twice. The credit card company suggested to see the manager, who didn’t call us by today...Never stay there again 😔

Our sink was leaking so they changed our room . They had complimentary items that we forgot.

Every aspect of the permanent property was extremely clean, well maintained and up to date. The bed, with four lovely fluffy pillows and a luscious duvet, was amazing. Perfect after a long day with three grandsons. The spacious room was quiet and came complete with fridge, microwave and coffee maker, they also provide luggage carts for our convenience. It is located in a very safe area. I know this area well. I lived here for 15 years before I relocated for work. Now I return to visit my daughter. Except for the pandemic inconveniences, such as what the establishment refers to as a market breakfast, the accommodations are as good as they could be under the current circumstances. They are good about keeping everyone safe and secure (requiring masks and so forth). The staff is cheerful and accommodating at every turn. There is even a little beige duck to greet you at the front door. Her name is Lucy and she loves cheerios. Anyway we, my husband and I, rested comfortably on our week stay for Christmas. Thank you Hampton Inn & Suites for being one part of 2020 that wasn't a horror story. And no, I'm not being compensated for my review, it was truly one of my most enjoyable hotel stays in my many travels both at home and abroad.

The property was very well kept and clean. The whole staff was very pleasant specially Israel who was always helpful. We stayed at the hotel for several days as repair was being done at our house. Very Clean rooms, very good breakfast and it was free. Lol. Free parking was also nice. Definitely will stay there again.

Bubble wall was very cool. Staff was indecisive, condescending and rude. Local channels on tv did not work. The breakfast was pretty bad. Stick with the pre-made muffins, toast, and fruit. Was shocked at the service I received. I purposely booked this hotel based on customer reviews and was extremely disappointed. Stay elsewhere!!
