Excellent location, beautiful property. Will definitely stay here again.
Cute place, would stay again
Lipstick on a pig is the best way to describe this place. It looks nice but it's actually just been somewhat updated with decor. The walls are paper thin and you can hear neighbors above and next to you. The location is 5 stars and that's the only reason this review is getting a 2 star review. We had a wedding to attend at the Marriott across the street and it was a quick, easy walk. Our door to the room had huge gaps and you would easily see the light coming through and hear every conversation outside. One night around 3am, there were a group of people in the pool partying and yelling. We were in A unit. We had some friends in B unit who were told by the guy at the front desk that they put spring breakers in A unit and that it isn't as nice as B unit...I don't know why they thought a 7 month pregnant woman and her husband would want to be around a bunch of spring breakers. The hotel lobby offers coffee and free water bottles. There are no beach towels for the pool area. You have to use your shower towel. I didn't feel comfortable using the silverware or coffee in room, because I doubt it was cleaned properly. They do offer free parking which is a huge plus! They don't ask for vehicle information which was a bit strange but I guess they dont care who parks in their spaces.
This place was wonderful! From the friendly staff who greeted us upon arrival, to the super cute, clean rooms and the location to the beach. I think this is one of the best kept secrets of Ft. Lauderdale.
The pool area, very nice setup, the room was clean, but being that it's Florida there's lots of mosquitoes
These are really wonderful people we arrived early, 9am and our room was available for early check in. My daughter got feverish that night and they allowed us to leave at 1pm the following day tho they were fully booked they helped us out greatly! Newly renovated and in a great location I’ll definitely be back!
Well located. Rooms clean. Staff friendly. General condition Old. Could be a wonderful hotel but maintenance is quite weak. No parking areas, you have to pay $15 per day.
We checked in and they charge $15 for parking which is crazy because it's not a secured parking lot and there is only a limited number of parking spaces located at this hotel. We walked upstairs to our room and the locks on the door are just a regular kwikset lock, no deadbolt. You can tell there was a deadbolt on the door but there is a piece of plastic covering it. There is nothing to stop someone from breaking into the room. The construction that was going on above our room was extremely loud and annoying, sounded like they were coming through the ceiling. The bed had a major slant/dip in it. There is no courtyard as the pictures show. The room was decorated as shown in the pictures but the outside is not welcoming at all.
This is my first review ever because I am so upset that my body is broken out from bed bugs here. The room we stayed in was directly under where they were fixing the roof. When we complained, the lady at the front desk stated that it would be only for one night so I didn't continue with the issue. At first I thought I was gettin bit by mesquitos until my legs, arms and neck where covered by the second night. I would never stay here again. THIS HOTEL IS GREAT FOR PEOPLE WHO COME TO PARTY AND HANG OUT BY THE BEACH AND NEVER SLEEP IN THE ROOM. My fiance and I stayed out all night the last night at the beach just to not sleep here. The pool was nice though.

Sorry to hear that your stay during the Spring Break with us had been noisy. Be assured that we don't put spring break groups into any specific buildings - they reserve rooms the same way as everyone else and can be in any building. As for the towels, our apologies for the inconvenience. We generally keep a few dozen towels available for the guests, but with multiple spring break groups requesting towels every day - we had indeed run out. We will address it in the future.
