Hotel needs update bad. Smells bad,old carpet and beds. Average breakfast. Too much noise and too busy an area.

Early complimentary breakfast and complementary timely schutle transport to&fom FLL airport, combined with a reasonable rate for a fully equiped (refrigerator, coffeBrewer, HairBlower, iron&board) clean room and nice beds, makes this the ideal entry or departure stay over in FortLauderdale.

The room was dirty. The sheets were dirty, the tables had dust, the bathroom was dirty

Good shuttle from airport. Friendly desk. Just really needs a good cleaning. Not clean at all. Simple breakfast juice toast cereal fruit that area seemed well kept. Good shuttle to to Cruise port. If

Desk person always overwhelmed by three different phones ringing and a line of checkins/outs. Never more than one person duty even during busy times. Shuttle impossible to get from airport. Front desk either hangs up or puts you on permanent hold. Many cell phones cannot "dial" the extension the automated system gives. Need a complete phone number to reach. $20 cab fare from airport. Broward Ave.side of hotel very noisy for lite sleepers. Shuttle to airport good. Breakfast good.

Noisy! Major roadwork just outside rooms. Starts at 7am Noise!

The check in line was long and inefficient. Staff member Marina was only one friendly and helpful. After finally getting to our rooms, the room was about what I expected. Nice and clean, just not a 5 star hotel. This was expected. Not a lot of eating facilities nearby. Really not very close to airport or cruise port.

Reserved 2 rooms, one for myself and one for brother who was arriving late. Paid in advance. At 12:30 am, called by front desk about brother's room......didn't have one available!! After much discussion, a room turned up, but it was dirty, smelled, and was totally awful. He accepted it at 1 am and tried to get some sleep. I had put in a wake up call when I checked in, but......never got one! Fortunately, I was awake early. The " restaurant" and so- called breakfast was disgraceful and seating was uncomfortable and difficult to find. One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in.

Room was freshly painted with newer decor but that's as far as the positives goes. The paint was peiling in the bathroom and you could hear the road noise even through the door and window.

NOT WASN'T MY FIRST CHOICE OF STAY; THE PRICE IS WHAT I EXPECTED FOR THAT AREA

Room service is terrible. Room service cam in took out the trash and did not even make the beds, vacuum and more. I called the concierge three times and nobody helped.

Right on a busy highway but not close to anything. Great for the low budget traveler.

Long story short...waited at airport 2 hours for a shuttle that never came. Had to take a taxi! Night Mgr did not want to hear anything i had to say and left the hotel. As he was walking out the door, he told the ladies at the front to contact corporate office if i want a refund for the taxi and walked out. Got into room and found a roach taking a nap on one of the pillows and the other crawling on the wall. The bathroom has 2 toilet paper dispencers and out of the 2, there was only a half a roll. House keeping obviously does not know what bleach is as there was dirt caked up in the bottom of the bathtub. And on top of all that, they put us on the side facing the interstate....you already know what that means NO SLEEP THAT NIGHT! Only good thing that happened was when i told the day time manager what all had happened, she did refund the taxi money.

The room smelled of mole, the remote did not work for the tv because it was not the remote for the tv.

The bathtub did not drain. 2 of the 4 room lights did not work. The room had a mildew smell to it. I slept with clothes on while laying on top of the sheets.

Bathroom had hair in the tub. Beds were squeaky. Bathroom door was broken. It was run down all the way

Your feet stuck to Bathroom floor. No top sheet and bottom sheet filthy. Was told our room cost was going to refunded. THEY LIED. Now say only 10% refund. DO NOT STAY AT THIS DISGUSTING HOTEL

Had a great time in the city. Will be back again soon.

Shuttle driver did not show up to bring me to airport and staff member tache called a cab and credited me the expense. She is wonderful. Appreciated breakfast, however, room was not the cleanest. Rug is terrible. Otherwise not bad for the price.

Stayed at this hotel because it was close to the airport and the cruise port and we only needed a place to stay for the night the day before the cruise. Check in was quick and the receptionist very efficient and friendly. The airport shuttle was a plus and they also take you to the cruise port for five dollars per person. They serve continental breakfast in the lobby which is also convenient. My disappointment was the room, it smelled like cigarettes and musty, the sheets were stained, the bathtub had mildew. I would not stay here again because of that, it needs some TLC.
