The bedroom is located upstairs and accessible through the stairs. It is furnished with two full-sized beds and a private bathroom.

If you have additional guests, we can provide two air mattresses as well. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare the correct amount of bedding for your group.

This property is divided into two distinct units. The upper unit, accessed from a side entrance, provides its own exclusive living space. This space is not shared and is exclusive to those staying in the upper unit. Adjacent is the main house with its own dedicated amenities. There is no internal linkage between the two units. While you share the driveway spaces and the laundry room located on the side with the main house residents, you do not have access to the main house's private pool or backyard. Please note, you may occasionally see other guests as the main house is sometimes rented out concurrently.

Free parking is available on the property for 1 vehicle. Let us know in advance if you have more cars.

This is a pet-friendly property. The fee per pet is $50.00 per stay. Please message us requesting a pet fee when you book.

The property is located in a residential area, so we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum. No noise outside past 10:00 p.m. - No parties or events allowed.

No smoking inside the house. Fines up to $750.00 for violating house rules.

Toiletries: We provide toilet paper, paper towels, and liquid soap for the restrooms. We do not provide extra toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, washcloths, laundry detergent, or similar items.
