I like cleaniness but no breakfast

The check in process was easy. However, after that it went downhill from there. I guess the most upsetting issue was when we turned down the sheets to go to bed, the bottom sheet had a huge stain of dried blood! We could r believe it. We paid over 200 dollars for this one night stay and to discover this was just appalling. The front desk rep had to come to the room to change the sheets. He was appalled as well. There was no housekeeper on staff at 11 pm to change the disgusting sheets. Then we could not get the air conditioner to function. It would not even start. We were up most of the night sweating. The windows were sealed shut so we could not get any fresh air!! To make matters worse, the next day we needed one shower towel. I located a housekeeper on my floor and asked if I could have a fresh towel from her cart. She said she was out of towels and proceeded to dig through the pile of soiled linen finding a folded towel that looked clean from the bin and tried to hand the towel to me. I was in complete shock! The front desk did document this situation but that’s all I know. It seems like they would have offered something to compensate for this awful experience! I am not making this up! Our date id stay was April 9. Avoid this hotel at all costs!!!

The road noisr was ridiculous. Even on the 6th floor you could jear everything from the road.

It was very safe and clean and the staff was very friendly i highly recommend this place will be back in May Lords willing

While the staff was friendly and professional, the carpet in the room was and bed linen was not fresh.

It is a nice hotel. It was difficult to find how to enter from the road. A sign showing where to enter would be helpful

Was out of soap. Breakfast was not included. The sink was also a bit janky.

We were promised a room with 2 queen beds and when we arrived discovered there were no more rooms with two queens. My sister had called early in the day of arrival and said everything was ok, but discovered the name had changed from Best Western to Four Points Sheraton. We needed two queen beds as we are tall and can not fit on a sofa sleeper. We had to take a room with a king and one sofa sleeper.
