Convenient, very close to the airport. The room was pretty big. Very good breakfast and friendly staff.

It's just your average hotel. Close to the airport and contentinal breakfast. They do have a small nice outdoor pool.

This my second time staying at this hotel. The first time wasn't bad at all, I actially enjoyed my stay... which is why I booked it again. But this time, my room could have used some TLC and a little updating. The most annoying thing was dingy washcloths. The best things were it's proximity to the airport and the price. But I won't be staying here again as the room just felt unclean.

They seem to be remodeling the hotel. Good location and friendly helpful staff. Morning coffee and breakfast included with reservation. I would stay again!

Check in was horrible. Did not give us our room on purpose. Made us wait 5 hours to get a room until I had to call corporate and then finally we got our room. Never staying there again.

This is a decent hotel for a price.Clean rooms, clean beds, no bugs spotted anywhere, thank you God lol. Pool was nice and clean too. Room didn't have hair dryer, that is the first hotel i have even been to that didn't have an attached hair dryer. Breakfast was free and had hot items like eggs,sausage,made to order waffles as well as large variety of other breakfast items and beverages. The best part that the place was quiet and i got much needed sleep.Thank you

I have been staying at this hotel for a few years now annd have always been pleased.

Good for the price and well located, right there in the I-95 and close to the Airport.

Smelly room, worn and discolored carpets in the rooms. Pick other options if possible. The staff was helpful. The only plus is being close to airport.

The worst experience I've ever had at any hotel PERIOD! Front desk staff is the most unprofessional EVER! My room door was opened while I was asleep with my Fiancée (no one knocked). Left early morning to come back and see my room was as I left it, after 4pm. Hands down the WORST EXPERIENCE! (PLATINUM MEMBER MEANS NOTHING HERE) A Happy Staff equals to a Great Manager! An unhappy staff equals to a below average Manager! This hotel needs a new STAFF! AND ETIQUETTE!

got there and the girls from the frount desk were very nice good costumer service, got to my room and even i ask for nin smoking room, the room smell... the cleaning of the room was good.... breakfast was good as well the house keeper from the 5th floor she is amazing, great costumer service willing to go the extra mile.

The room was supposed to be non smoking, but there was a distinct smell of stale smoke. Since i checked in at about 10:30 pm i was told that is the only room they had on the ground floor, notwithstanding that the room had been prepaid in full. If i can be guaranteed a non smoking room would stay there again, otherwise would consider it misrepresentation and act accordingly. It was late and i was too tired to argue, but i was disapointed that an establishment of this stature would permit themselves to pass off a room that smelled of smokers as a non smoking room.

We were very tired after a return trip from Europe and had planned to spend one night and drive home the next day. The hotel was pretty nice; the front desk staff was very efficient and friendly. The room was nicely furnished and clean. The bath looked somewhat worn out and I was informed the next morning that remodeling will be happening very soon at the hotel. My husband tried to watch TV, but the remote wouldn't work, nor would the power button on the unit. We were so tired we didn't report it till the next day. The breakfast buffet was better than most and the staff there was very good at keeping items replenished. I would stay here again.

This was the dirtiest BW Plus I have ever stayed at.

Good experience overall rooms were clean and comfortable

This property is very close to the airport and the staff was nice. The room is a bit overpriced for the quality. This not a 3 star hotel. The pictures online looked nice but clearly housekeeping can do a better job of maintaining the rooms and the hotel inside and out. When I arrive I had to change rooms 3 times. The first room was a non smoking room that smelled like smoke, the next room had someone else's dirty clothes on the floor and the smoke detector hanging from the socket, when I got to the 3rd room the tv didn't work and had to be placed in another room. The overall cleanliness of the 4th room that I slept in was just ok, the bathroom could have been cleaned better. I noticed that the carpet in all rooms looked rather old and needs to be replaced. This hotel was do-able for one night but I would not stay here again or do not recommend for long-term stay. The Cuban restaurant across the street was delicious!

Because our flight left at 6 a.m. we weren't able to have breakfast or use the shuttle.

Nice hotel, great housekeeping staff, breakfast was packed with limited seating, overall very clean. Would stay here again.

Stayed there before cruise -- convenient with hotel shuttle. Good breakfast. Clean and comfortable. Was able to walk to nearby restaurant for a good dinner.

I loved my stay there the staff was amazing. The breakfast was delightful and the staff was wonderful.

close to the airport but dingy!

horrible front desk staff

Check in was horrible. Did not give us our room on purpose. Made us wait 5 hours to get a room until I had to call corporate and then finally we got our room. Never staying there again.

nice clean and quiet hotel

close to airport is the only plus
