This was a horrible place to stay for my "vacation"! I reserved a king size bed with a pool view (paid a week early) got to my hotel room and it didn't have a pool view and it was a queen bed. They said "we don't have many rooms left" which they should of had my room since I paid for it. The floors were dirty and sticky. Took a shower and house keeping came and took my dirty towels and never replaced them. Try to call down to the desk to ask for more and the phone didn't even work. My whole floor smelt like weed my entire stay. We ended up checking out a day early and stayed somewhere else.

WHY DON'T THE PHONES WORK? I PERSONALLY ORDERED TO HAVE SOME CLOTHE HANGERS & NEVER GOT THEM. I ALSO ASKED FOR A WAKE UP KNOCK (SINCE I CAN'T GET A CALL WITHOUT A PHONE), & NEVER GOT THE WAKE UP KNOCK, BTW. NEVER AGAIN WILL BE PARTICIPATING AT THIS HOTEL.

The kitchenette did not have light and also we saw roaches in the sink. The beds did have covers, they changed the sheets only one time in the whole time we stayed. We never have towels, we keep asking for it. Two days before they brought towels and blankets for us. The hallways has bad smell.

This is not a resort, it's a hazard!!! It's smelly, dirty, mold on the walls, beds without sheets, TV did not work, AC unit did not even have a knob to adjust, not to mention it was disgusting, toilet was dirty and had urine in it, mattress should not even be allowed to sleep on... disgusting. I thought I was being punked... it looked like a crack house. Orbitz, you should be ashamed to list these people on your site. Health department, please shut them down.

Dirty rooms are in disrepair. The bathrooms, and especially the bathtubs, were dirty. The bathtubs need to be freshly caulked. The first room was stinking of cigarette smoke, so we requested another. The smell in the second room was more tolerable. We had only six hours to sleep and then to return to the airport, or we would have searched for another hotel.

Hotel smells moldy. Filthy room. No sheets or towels. Items broken. Floors, counters & entry full of food,l & dirty. Balcony door a fire hazard. Short on supplies - checked in at noon...Finally got towels on our 2nd day around 6pm.

The room had no bed sheets. I ask one of the employee and they didnt care. Everything was old. the bathroom and the pool has mold the city should close the hotel not a safe environment.

It was a bad experience for me . The place is good next to the golf course I think the need new management rooms services was terrible I will never go back...

Room was filty, no towels, no iron. I waited one hour in the lobby for towels without any towels. I had to checkout and go somewhere else. The manager on duty-I will not use her name-said to me "You have to wait we are in the middle of shift change and I have to see what I have." Really! This was 11:00 pm.

This is the third time I'm trying to write a review but i guess my first two attempts were to harsh. DO NOT STAY HERE. It's absolutely disgusting and the service is horrible. We had no phone, no alarm clock, no iron and one towel for 2 people. When I asked for another towel the maid said "I ain't got none, come back". When I told her I need one now to get ready she walked away and went to the back room and did not come back out. Our room looked as if it was just used for storage with a nasty bed, nasty seat and tv with 3 channels. Stay somewhere else!

Surprised its still in operation. More of a skid row experience than a resort.

If I am charged for this stay, we will never use Orbitz again for ANYTHING. Absolute worst experience with a hotel staff. The place was filthy and had bedbugs.

I checked into the hotel late close to 1:00 AM. Finally got to the room after parking the car. I walked in the room the first thing that hit me was the smell. The garbage can was half-full by the front door the one in the bathroom obviously they don't use bags was nasty as you will see from Photos below along with the filthy tile throughout the bathroom and hall. I called Orbitz as they are the one I book the room through.then After some time on the phone they said that they would not be able to refund my money although I did not want to stay in that room. They directed me to go down to the desk. I went down to the front desk to say that there is no way I would be able to stay in that room and that I would like a refund. They said absolutely not. Conversation went back-and-forth I showed them the pictures of the room. No refund. I have several calls into the general manager no return call. What every you do don't stay at this property.

Facility in need supposed to be renovated but could be improved now. Carpet filthy in my room, nice golf courseview, hall and elevator carpet dirty. Toilet old and worn, patch work bathroom done with handyman quality. Bar and restaurants look nice but food offerings are weak. Lobby is beautiful could be a great venue.

No towels, mold in bathtub, hair on floor. Poor maintenance, I won't come back again. The staff said they would delivery the towels and the never happened.

The hotel was not what I expected. I was placed in 3 different rooms. The key for the first room did not work. I went to the front desk 3 times before they switched me to another room. The next room the lights did not work, and it was dirty. They finally managed to open up the first room and it was not clean. There were no sheets on the bed, so the staff just closed it and took us to another room. When we got to the next room the towels were dirty, and there was not mat on the floor next to the tub. We also had to go out and buy a mat for inside the tub. To scared to shower without one. We had to go down to the front desk for towels. No microwave or refrigerator. There was suppose to be a kitchenette. None! They bought up a rusty microwave, and a refrigerator that did not cool. I ask about cancelling and just getting refund, but was told that I was already charged for that night and would not be entitled to a refund, and that I would have to wait 3-5 days to get the refund for the other two days. When I made the reservation, I was told that my credit card was to reserve the room, and I would not be charged. Wrong! They actually charged my card before I arrived. We were told that the hotel was undergoing renovation, and that was the cause for such mess.

Drove for 3 hours, got to the hotel minutes after 2 pm with baby sleeping in wife's arms. Front desk staff said they did not have rooms and that check-in was until 3 pm. Minutes later they were giving rooms to other people and went back at around 2:40 pm and this time I got my room, staff asked for credit card and drivers license which did not returned until I was in my room minutes later. Staff showed bad attitude at the front desk. Room smelled terrible, bed makes noises and just some ugly bed sheets and you have to lay on the mattress itself, no protection. Machines outside making noise and terrible view.

bedroom phones don't work?

This is not a resort, it's a hazard!!!
