So disappointed that I didn’t even stay.

There was nothing there to like. Halls were filthy, gang tagging throughout. People hanging out. Checked in, went to eat & checked out. Worst hotel I ALMOST stayed at

The photos here are misleading, the Clarion Inn is an old motel attached to the back of the Quality Inn. Our room had cigarette butts and an ominous red stain on the carpet. A person was being arrested as we arrived.

Worst hotel possible. Full of transients & homeless. Felt very unsafe. Made reservations at another hotel and left. DO NOT book this hotel! Dirty, smelly, gang tagging and people hanging out drinking & smoking.

The pool was fair and clean. Breakfast was good. As was breakfast staff.

This was maybe the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms smelled so badly, the hallways were decrepit and I felt like I was in the bates motel. There were creepy people hanging around and I honestly thought my car would be stolen. This is a fleabag Hôtel and should be torn down

This is a very run down, poorly managed hotel. There were broken down air conditioning units laying on the floor next to the pool. We stayed there for 4 days and our room was only cleaned once, and no one cared.

The place is a combination of both inside and outside rooms. It is an old hotel which is in need of some extreme remodeling. The room we had was clean, but the rest of the hotel was in need of an update which is long overdue. We arrived late, and had a hard time getting to our room, the one exit was out of order and the other was in a dark corner with no security lights. To make things worse there was a lot of activity outside with what looked like long term residents, and some activity that made you feel like you better be carrying a gun for safety. The lobby and inside of the room were clean but the rest is a mess. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

It's an older property, but clearly a lot of upgrading has been done. The room had a really cool anti-fog mirror with LED light all around it, but the mirror light had to be on for the light in the bathroom to work. Not cool if you're traveling with someone. Also, the light switch by the door served no purpose and the plug by the desk did not work. There was no light for the desk, either. The first room we were assigned smelled so overwhelmingly of smoke, we went back and asked for a different room. This is a non-smoking property, so it made us wonder about the housekeeping staff's relationship with management. The location and price made this a good value for us.

Although we had reserved a "handicapped accessible" room, it turned out all they meant by that was that there was a concrete ramp for the quarter-step up to the door. There were no bars to hold in the bathroom, and the hotel couldn't get us a room that did have bathroom bars. Though we stayed there on a pretty busy night, so maybe they do have some rooms that truly are accessible. The indoor pool can be a little noisy for guests but would be fun if you have kids who are tired from a long drive.

Slow check in due to massive eclipse traffic, but handled courteously and as quickly as possible. Understaffed at breakfast the next morning too. But all in all pleasant

Broken lamps, TV had no signal, and the shower leaked somewhere from inside the wall onto the floor.

Male desk attendant rude and unhelpful--judt keep walking around at back of hotel and eventually you will find a ice machine that works. Try up on the third floor somewhere. The TV may not work in your room. If it doesn't, come back down and will get you a different room. Unbelievable!!

Not good. Holes in th wall badly patched. Night front desk clerk did not speak English. Breakfast til 9 but out of food and coffee by 8:30 both days. People arguing loudly in the hall during the night.

We drove 10 hr to start a fun weekend! We arrived at 11:30pm tired! It took about 15 min to ck in! They said go to the elevator and rm 201! We walk all around and could not find the elevator, went back to desk and they even know we're the elevator was! We finally found it! They could not find rm,when found the rm put the key and opened the door there was somebody else in the rm! They did not give a map and the personal was not helpful! We finally got a rm about 1:00 am! We try to talked to management and was told there was no manger on site! We had to call Corp office and after 3 hr wasted,we got some refund! Meaning it cost us 90 buck for about 4 hr in a disgusting room and treated like crap! We do a lot of traveling and have never experienced any like this! I cannot believe this cost us 90 dollars! Bad Bad Bad

This hotel was interesting the way it was 2 hotels in one - the Rodeway Inn and the Econolodge, we were a bit confused when we pulled up as to where to go. I don't know which was which or where one ended and the other began as it was all one building, but half of the building was old and run down and the other half was very new, modern and clean. The pool, work out area and breakfast area looked really nice and new, though our stay was short so we didn't get to use either (a shame they only serve breakfast for 3 hours from 6-9 when check out is at 12). The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. But that was about the best part of our stay. The first room we were assigned the key reader wasn't working, so we had to go back and get another room. Kind of a pain as we were pretty far from the front desk and the hotel is a maze and not well marked. So we got another room and the door stuck really bad, we had to throw all of our weight into it just to open it. Then only one light worked...come to find out someone had unscrewed all of the light bulbs....weird. The room was clean, but the sink dripped all night, and the bed was very sunken in in the middle. We also have a dog, so it's nice that they allow dogs, but their pet charge is high for hotel quality and we were on the 2nd floor far from a door to get outside which was also inconvienent for taking him out. Overall it was fine for a one night stay, but I would not have wanted to be there much longer.

Really good service, clean and friendly, i recommended a lot .
