Literally, every single employee/staff member we came in contact with over our four days was incredibly pleasant and always helpful in fulfilling our request or question. From the four room staff to the multiple front desk personnel, all were engaging and seemed happy to help us.

It was a beautiful hotel. However our room didn’t have heat. The staff brought us more blankets but we still froze during the night.
What I enjoy most about Embassy Suites is that I am always able to get a separate bedroom and living area. Our teens like to have some space. FYI: This is an easy 15–20-minute drive to CSU.
Suites are very nice size. Extremely comfortable. Very good layout.
Staff was super friendly! Our room could have been a little cleaner. Found some dirty socks in one of the drawers from a previous guest that housekeeping forgot but this is our only complaint. The hotel is big, has a nice spa (my husband got a massage and enjoyed it) nice pool and the breakfast was nice! Will stay again despite the sock incident.
The "manager's reception" was a pleasant opportunity to have a drink and a few snacks with my wife after checking in. Breakfast was great with a fresh made omelet by the cook. The negative was that they have removed the hot tub, but the pool is warm.
This is probably the seventh hotel we’ve stayed at since becoming a family of five, and it’s by far been the best. Every area was spacious and beautiful, especially the room. Staying at a place with three WORKING elevators was marvelous. The staff were also incredibly friendly, accommodating, and generous.
