Pleasant experience with quiet atmosphere, yes I will recommend.

The hotel overall was clean and the staff was polite, including the cleaning staff who will sometimes just ignore guests at some hotels. My only complaint is that I was working out of this hotel for three days and Internet connectivity was critical to what I was doing, and theirs went down on the first day costing me hours in productivity. It worked fine the last two days and the speed was better than I've found at most hotels, but the owner knew I was not happy that first day, and I even told him that if he couldn't get it fixed I was going to have to change hotels, and in spite of this he never offered me anything as an offset. As competitive as the hotel space is I would have thought he would have offered me some kind of a discount for the inconvenience but that didn't happen.

The first thing I noticed was the smell of chlorine when I entered the hotel. The pool is just a stones throw away from the reception desk. My room was on the third floor, and there was no odor there. The room was large and very clean, and the bed was comfortable. There is only one vending area, so I did have to go to the first floor to access it; not a big deal, but a little unconvenient. Breakfast is what you would expect. Overall, it is a great place and I will stay there again.

Quietest place I have ever stayed in.

Rooms were updated and clean. HVAC was quiet and worked well. Highly recommend for the price.

The room was clean and the breakfast was pretty good.

The hotel was very clean, good breakfast and good service.

Friendly staff. Very clean. Close to everything. Very reasonable price. This is where I plan to stay next time.

I got the opportunity to stay in one of the new remodeled rooms.

Hotel is doing what looks like a complete overhaul, so don't plan on using the elevator because it's full of construction men and materials constantly. If you don't like the taste of drywall, bring a mask, because even though the work areas are taped off it's not keeping the dust from traveling down the hallways.

Overall good. Clean, nice features. Tasteful breakfast.

I booked this hotel based on the pictures on the web and the latest reviews. When I arrived, the hotel was in the midst of remodeling. The pool was closed and blocked off, the exercise room was tiny and smelled heavily of room deodorizer. My room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was alright, your normal selection of cereals, yogurt, fruit, and scrambled eggs with sausage links. The reason I rated this hotel low is because there was no advance warning that this hotel was under remodeling until I arrived and it was too late to cancel my reservation. While standing in the front parking lot, I could see three other nice hotels that were equitably priced that were not remodeling and had a working pool and exercise room.

This is a very nice hotel for the money. The room was clean, roomy, and really quite nice. The workout room has just a treadmill, elliptical machine, and small weight machine. But, the machines were in good working order. And, the clock radio actually worked. The included breakfast was good, not gourmet, but for a free hotel breakfast, it was good. This is a good hotel in a convenient location. It was exactly what I needed.

this has been one of the best places to stay on our Colorado softball trip..... we will be back again

Nice hotel in a good location, complementary breakfast had a good selection, bed was very comfortable and the room always very clean. Room was quiet and the location was close to a large variety of stores and restaurants. For a 2 star hotel at a good price what more could you ask for?

It was a convenient hotel to visit the university. Only a few miles away.

The motel was clean. Good breakfasts and the pool and hot tub were nice. I would stay there again and all the people were friendly and helpful. We were there to golf and the motel was located close to the golf course and easy to access many areas of Ft. collins.

Very clean and very comfortable beds/room. Good experience. Have stayed in this hotel on 2 difference occasions.

Kids had fun at the pool. 2 beds, pull out sofa, fridge, microwave, desk and a table all for much less than other hotels.

It is below my expectation and no body helps me on carrying my luggages.
