The hotel was pretty rundown. It kind of looked like people were living there. There were missing light bulbs, the air conditioner had just one speed - really loud. The free breakfast was really minimal, just a couple of bagels and muffins. There were stains on the walls. I really didn't feel comfortable/safe there.

There should be am option to rate former guests. The ones that smoke in non-smoking rooms would bot get high ratings from me. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff can obviously not overcome a room that stinks like an ashtray. Hold your nose closely over a filled ashtray to re-enact. Hotel should advertise rooms as smoking once the damage is done by non-caring guests.

Hey, it's a cheap motel. What more is there to it? Tiny soaps, old bedspread, etc. For that, it's fine.

I asked if the room is non-smoking. Clerk said yes. Doesn't matter that the front desk says smoking is illegal in the hotel. It was clear as soon as we walked in that it was a smoking room. Don't stay here if you can't take the smell. I would have left but it was graduation weekend and all rooms in town were booked.

Best Value in Fort Collins. Ya there's not an olympic sized swimming pool, but has everything else you need and location is great. Ron took great care of me and he will do the same for you.

Room was clean and it was nice that it had a microwave and mini fridge. It's on the outskirts of town so it's not too close to many restaurants or attractions. It's a decent room for the cheap price.

Overall the hotel location was great. The interior was okay and clean, but the mattresses were "springy" ... we bounced on them when we sat on them. The HD TV was placed far away from the beds and high up making it difficult to see while laying down and causing us to turn the volume up louder than usual -- probably disrupting the neighbors. We were there Wed thru Sat and had cleaning services on only Thursday. Friday we had no service and was not told why -- the towels and toiletries were not replinished. Thursday we placed our towels on the floor for housekeeping -- which never came. Saturday morning we went to the front asking for towels and toiletries. We told them we housekeeping had nott come to our room. They told us we could not get anything until 10am -- check out time was 11am. We had to use the towels on the floor as we had a plane to catch. As we were driving off we saw the desk worker go into the laundry room were towels and stuff were kept. It was obvious they were too lazy to get us clean towels.

I was nervous staying at a motel, but this one was a great deal. I especially loved the wood floors in the room! Would definitely stay again!

Our stay at the hotel was decent bed was comfortable over all it was decent for the price

Nice room, recently renovated. I liked it alot very much.

It's a good value for what it is. We were planning a last minute weekend getaway, and this was the last reasonably priced room (less than $150/night). Nothing fancy, nothing special, but it was a bed to sleep in at night. However, I do think this stay solidified that we have graduated from 'value' motels.

The description of the hotel did not match the hotel itself. We booked this hotel because it had a pool. Well there wasn't a pool. There also wasn't an alarm clock, radio, fire alarm didn't work, no safety chain on door, office closed at 9pm, and ants crawling on the bathroom floor. In description it said there was a 32 inch flat screen TV and it wasn't, it was an old school box TV and the reception wasn't that great. I was not impressed.

This hotel provided a very nice, clean room for a very reasonable price. I think the room had been recently renovated, as the paint was fresh, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom fixtures were new. Thank you for a nice place to sleep.

Clean for value. No hair drier. Thin walls; you can hear people talking. Squeaky floors! The people upstairs would not stop walking in their room, way past midnight. They had to walk a marathon. No pool as advertised. I was not happy with this stay.

Nice clean rooms. Close to dining, Gas stations, grocery stores...great location.

People were very friendly. Walls very thin, could hear other people's conversations. Floor above was very squeaky, could hear people walking around upstairs. Smelled like my non-smoking room was at one time a smoking room, or maybe it's just the thin walls? For an older place, I guess you get what you pay for.

walls are very thin, a/c was noisy, hair on sheets; overall, reasonably priced.

We enjoyed our brief stay at this roadside motel. Great location just a few miles from the major breweries and downtown area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Small and old room, but was clean enough for the price we paid. Better than expected! Certainly not luxury but got the job done.

The price was right but you do get what you pay for. There were no amenities, the "breakfast" was packaged pastries and coffee, that's all. Locals told us we were in the "shady" part of town and there was a young man knocking on our door in the middle of the night looking for a party. Feet, hands, whatever seemed to stick to all surfaces. But the staff was friendly and as accommodating as they were able to be.

Ok place to spend a night I would not bring any family along The area and some clientele looked sketchy but turned out no problem
