Went in the off season. The lady who works at the front desk, Jacqueline, was amazing. She was very kind and knowledgeable and helped us book adventures around the island. We really want to go back because our time was cut very short by the coronavirus travel ban.
This is an ahacing place to stay. Staff are top notch. The place is gorgeous. Rooms are updated, modern and super clean. WiFi costs extra and is poor. The hot tub and bath water is luke warm, really the only downsides.
The White Sand Club is a small complex on a lovely cove in a relatively quiet area of Menorca. We were there just before they closed for the season. The beaches were beautiful and lightly used. However, I would imagine that during peak season they are crowded. The end of October was a lovely time to be there---no crowds, nice weather. I would strongly recommend a rental car if you are staying at White Sand as there is little near the complex but it is a good home base for exploring the island. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the kitchen furnished with everything you need. The staff were very nice. Our room, 304, faced a wall (the back of the kitchen) on the ground floor but had a nice view of the cove from the upstairs bedroom balcony. The internet cut in and out during our stay and was slow. Still we had a very nice time.
