Tucked away in a quiet Forestdale neighborhood, this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is the perfect place to relax and recharge with family or friends, while staying close to all your favorite Cape Cod attractions.
The first-floor primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, while upstairs you'll find two large guest rooms—one with two queen beds and another with a queen and a pull-out twin, offering plenty of space for everyone. A full bathroom with a shower is located on the second floor, and a second bath with a shower and tub combination is conveniently located downstairs. All bedrooms are equipped with A/C split units to keep you cool and comfortable throughout your stay.
Step outside to enjoy the fully fenced backyard, beautifully landscaped with room to lounge, grill, or gather around the fire pit at the end of the day. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for easy vacation meals, and the open dining and living areas make it easy to enjoy time together.
Snake Pond is just 0.2 miles away—an easy walk from the house. While parking at the beach requires a resident pass, guests can easily walk or drive to drop off gear and return on foot. There's also a public boat ramp for kayaks, canoes, or paddleboards.
