There was a cigarette burn in the top blanket even though it was a no smoking room. The heater wasn't turned on in the room so it was very cold. It took hours for it to warm up enough for it to be comfortable. There was construction at the edge of a small parking lot with dust and insulation flying arou d.
There was no "Americinn" staff presence. No greeting upon check in. Just asked "ID & credit card please". Never seen again. The breakfast was terrible and not kept up on. Sausage was hard and selection was very limited. Tables not cleaned. Again, never saw a staff person.
Super friendly staff! Everything was very clean and cozy, but a little maintenance would help. My curtains were broken and wouldn't shut, but otherwise, great!
