No working ice machines in entire facility. Bathroom floor dirty. No extra blankets on cold night. Staff did let us satay several hours longer than typical checkout timer since had no where else to go before 6 PM event...that helped make up for negative elements of stay.

My family chose this hotel based on the price, location and the photos on this particular location's website. We were in town for a funeral. We had three rooms between all of us, adjacent to one another. Upon entering the room and turning on the TV, I discovered that the TV did not have a picture. I tried problem solving this using the remote, only to discover that the language options had been set to be in Spanish. I then attempted to call the front desk, only to discover that the phone did not work at all. I asked my family (who were staying in the rooms on either side of me) if their TVs were operational and if their phones worked. It was at this time that we noticed that the rooms were not clean. Dust had settled over most of the furniture, and most of the electrical outlets did not work. I walked down to the front desk and waited to speak to the employee. She was having difficulty checking in other guests due to her lack of knowing how to navigate through the hotel's booking process! When it was my turn, I brought each of the problems to her attention. She notified me that 'most of the TVs are not working at this time. There isn't much we can do but put you in another room. She did locate a replacement phone. She came to the room with me and attempted to replace it with an older model phone, to no avail. The maintenance man did figure out what was wrong. The phone lines hadn't been properly installed. He repaired it himself. Additionally, the 'complimentary' breakfast that was listed on the website was in fact a 'continental' breakfast. The food was horrible. The first morning we were there, the housekeeper pounded on our door at 9 am, despite me having hung the do not disturb sign on the doorknob. She did apologize, and told me that we should hang the sign in a different location. ????? Again, we were in town for our grandfather's funeral. My brother and his family, my sister, myself and my fiance did not try to eat the 'complimentary breakfast' but one time. We had to share outlets, and purchase our own hair dryers as the ones in the room did not work. I was in room 234, and the bathroom tile wasn't finished. The day my fiance and I were checking out, NO ONE was at the front desk. In fact, the lobby was locked. A sign was taped to the doors, 'be back in an hour and a half'. I will never stay at this day's inn location again. I have stayed at many days inn locations throughout my life, and have never had a problem prior to this location.

Killed 3 bugs in rooms, TV had minimal channels and then picture was poor, radio at bedside kept having static sounds even though volume was at lowest - had to unplug from wall. Tried calling service desk x 3 and either no answer or phone busy. Room smelled of smoke due to smokers on balcony next to our room and ash tray kept on floor next to our door. Wanted to report TV and bugs but couldn't get anyone to answer the phone.

The staff is very nice and friendly, However the hotel is very run down and in need of maintenance. Also management is cutting corners that are unacceptable. For example they provide NO SOAP only shampoo and conditioner. If you drink the coffee they do not replace it daily (the coffee or cup I was there 3 days) Very hard to get door to stay closed when leaving room. also on last night key card reader died the staff had to use a key to open it. TV reminded me of the old days snow on every channel. NEEDS A LOT OF REPAIRS. The Staff was great and helpful just needs support from the owners,

Friendly helpful staff. Rooms very clean and comfortable Quiet only from 11 pm until 5:30am Breakfast needs improvement. No fruit. Price is good

The room was clean as was the bathroom, a nice king size bed, BUT this was not a handicap room, no bars by the toilet, passage way into bathroom too narrow for a wheel chair and the bed while soft was difficult to climb out of because no rails on the head board. "Breakfast" was sausage gravy and biscuits, and a bunch of sweet rolls, coffee machine was out in the lobby. The staff was friendly however.

Telephone did not work. I reported it but the second day it still did not work. Bathroom door broken. Room need to be refurbished.

Room had bad cigarettes smell and moved to new room. Poor lock on doors to both rooms. Odd during late check in you aren't allowed to enter lobby but use a bank teller type window to talk to person at desk which made you wonder about security. Maybe worst breakfast I've seen. Nice folks though and even with high population of construction workers staying there was quiet. Plus cheap.

This site is in process of being remodeled, so that explains mud everywhere. Yet the carpet was soaked by by bathroom. My friend's tub faucet wouldn't shut off completely so it ran all night. Breakfast was typical although miserly portions were served. Although I was there within the first hour the biscuits were already gone. Exactly 4 yougurts were in the refrigerator. And the coffee was pitiful, and I am not a coffee snob. Manager was pleasant, and got some ice for me since the ice machine was broken.

My stay at your motel was enjoyable. Breakfast hours could last a little long and a better variety of breakfast items would be great . The waffle machine was broke.
