We could walk to the amusement park included in the complex. Great place for kids. Outside fireplace, friendly staff.
Even though I understand the importance of Covid and the wearing of mask, some of the staff were being rude in telling people they would not allow you into the hotel without having one on in the lobby. Most were just simply going to the elevator to go up to their room and not just hanging around in the lobby. They could have used a little more tact and not be so threatening with their guest.
This hotel is brand spanking new and super modern. We loved how it is right by the entrance to OWA and how easy it was to find and navigate.

Staff needs customer service training as they could be more customer friendly. Room did not have towels and it could have been a tiny bit better cleaned.

Convenient to many locations. There are so many shops within 10-15 minutes. The new OWA theme park is right behind it.
Nice hotel. Quet. Close to city and restaurants. Stuff was nice. I was very pleased that they allow animals on their property. Room was clean and pretty.
