The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and very accommodating. From the people at the front desk, the housekeeper who provided us with extra towels, and the woman setting up breakfast, our experience was made so much better because of them.

This property was horrible .! Blood stains on my sheets in which i cakes front desk for new ones. Was told i would get a 20$ refund and didn’t. Also wasn’t intrigued with them only having pork options in the continental breakfast
Bed was not made, Coffee machine in room broken, Very poor B'fast, no cereal no yogurt choice, Clock in room didn't work., hot water heater problem

At first glance the hotel looks recently renovated but the more you start looking around the more you notice. There is no way to manually control room temperature. The room was cold overnight. There was a film of dust on everything and the toilet was not properly cleaned. Also one of the towels had a pink stain on it. On a separate and perhaps trivial note bring your own toiletries unless you want to smell like a man. They do carry Bath and Body brand products in a eucalyptus sent which is something I would better like to smell on my husband than myself or my kids.
We were totally impressed with every part of our stay. The hotel itself is so much more than we expected for the price we paid. The pool was simple but perfect with late hours, the breakfast was more than we have experienced at other hotel properties, the check out time was at 12 noon, wow that was an unexpected surprise. The common areas; the lobby, the game room x 2 was another unexpected pleasure. The gym was nice and clean. All the staff were helpful and pleasant. We totally would stay again, which we plan to do again in the upcoming year.
Steve, the concierge, was an amazing help in giving us great suggestions to see and enjoy the city. He recommended sites to see, restaurants to visit and he also booked us a great tour of Philadelphia. The restaurant, The Prime Rib, is amazing! The food is mouth watering and yummy.
I have stayed there many times. The hotel seems to be going downhill. Stains on the carpet, mold in the AC unit. Staff was great. Hopefully they do some cleaning and updating and get things corrected.
The hotel was clean from top to bottom. Pool was great and heated , kids had a blast. The only thing I can complain about but not really is the gym didnt have a weight bench. Overall the stay was great. Staff was extremely friendly.

Last weekend I stayed at this facility for one night while visiting my daughter at Kutztown University. The room was very clean and comfortable. I didn't get to sample the breakfast because I overslept but would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.
