The property is in good shape. However the hot water is a problem. I was on the 3rd floor and had to leave the hot water tap in the shower on for a very long time, even then the hot water did not kick in. I was told that I have to turn in the hot water of the sink and shower at the same time. Running all that cold water for over 3 minutes each day. What a waste of precious water resource. All Asian (Chinese) staff but the people at the front desk spoke good English.

The room smelled and you had to tell them to clean the room. If you didn’t call for room service they wouldn’t clean your room. The eggs for breakfast were green.
The location was quiet but easily walkable to many restaurants and some shopping. Close to Flushing-Main train. Easy to get to Manhattan and Mets. The room fridge, stove, and microwave did not work and could/would not be repaired during our 7 day stay. Staff offered another room but my son liked the huge bubble tub more so we stayed. Try the Taipei Beef Noodle place nearby and the many bakery/coffee shops.
Hotel staff was very nice. Hotel is close to the metro station.

not enough parking at motel. Had to park in the street. not easy finding a spot. Everything else good.
I often stayed at this hotel before the pandemic, and I tended to have good experience there. But it looks like they hired different people, and the staff was extremely rude and didn't respond to my questions properly. Also, there's no dryer in the room, so I couldn't wash my hair.
The carpets was dirty , they checked me in someone else room while they was in the room naked, their parking garage was closed for no valid reason, suggested a parking lot 2 long blocks away at $25.00... i'll never stay here again
