There was a staff issue, and the person who took over was in a very difficult position, but they handled it with a lot of grace, a lot of care, and ultimately, I felt very welcomed.
Had never been to Flushing before. Picked location for free offstreet parking. Room was small but adequate and clean. Easy to access from highway.

I have stayed here several times in the past 5 years and always been pleased. However, the WiFi and cable tv were both out of order during my stay Saturday 2/12 through the next morning. I believe that a token compensation would have been appropriate.
The staff were helpful in getting me a ride to the airport at 4 in the morning. The rooms are smallish but very clean. It was hard to find a place to get food while on foot. If you are looking for a 1 night to stay before going to LaGuardia this place fits the bill.
Stayed here about 2 years ago and satisfied. Rooms are too small however for the size of the beds. This time the first room had sheets that were dirty and not changed. The desk person was kind and got us another room. We did not trust the cleanliness of any room due to Covid so did our own deep cleaning with Lysol. The rooms all needed painting and repairs. Much dust on the lamp shades and other lights above the beds. Also the neighbors below us smoked which I reported and ones next to us made much noise. Not a good stay. Disappointed.
