Our only significant complaint was the bathroom door did not lock. Other than that great hotel in a great location.

Everything was near us, from Duval street, hotel bars, pool and even the dock to catch our snorkeling tour. There were cute shops within walking distance and the hotel bistro was actually one of my favorite meals during our visit. There is a resort fee and parking fee which I didn't include in our travel budget. It was an additional $50 per day. But well worth the fee for all the special additions. Also, check out the concierge, they are so helpful and easy to work with. Would love to come back soon

I really enjoyed my stay at Westin Key West. The rooms were very accessible whether coming in from the street, or the parking deck. They definitely had all the amenities that are typically not noticed, but nice to have. They had robes, slippers, and even the small items that you rarely need, but are very convenient when you do (ie. emergency sewing key, shower cap, etc.). The shower was VERY nice with the dual heads, and the room itself was very nice. I would stay here again without a doubt. Only a couple of complaints. One was that the staff was a bit unsure of necessary info. If we asked 2 people the same question, we typically did not get the same answers. Second, with the popularity of electric cars down there, I wish they had more charging stations than the 1 that seemed to be in use quite often. This was also not very clearly marked as an option available.

Enjoyed our brief stay. First time for my friend to Key West, we made it in to town just in time for the Sunset Celebration.

Great service. Couldn't ask for a better facility. They certainly provide it all!

We had a fabulous time. Hotel very clean with friendly staff. Great location. Awesome view from our room (when the cruise ships left)

Great Staff. Good location. Only shortcoming was the noisy air conditioner & and occasional whistling toilet.

We had a great trip. It was a great location next to everything on Duvall Street.

This place is wonderful for watching sunset and it is located at good spot for tourists. The environment insides is excellent as well. I will give strong recommendation if you love to stay in Key West.

Clean well maintained top hotel on island. Staff was professional and friendly. There is a cruise ship port directly outside the window. Of the 5 days we were there there was 1 day where a ship had docked for about 5-6 hours. We were not in the room most of the time it was there. The ships are always gone by sunset. You have a great view of the sunset if you get an ocean view room. Everyone on the island comes to the West in pier to watch the sunset.

Just what you expect. Nice pool and great location. Greatsunset location.

Close to anything that you could have wanted in Key West

Great hotel right in the heart of Key West at Mallory Square. Cool to see the large cruise ships pull into the port. Everything is with in walking distance.

Clean, comfortable, great staff and location. Disappointed in the limited beach access as the pool is not very large.

We made a hasty (and expensive) trip to Key West, and this was about the only hotel I could find, on short notice at Christmas time, with rooms available when we wanted to go. Thwe room was large, had a nice little balcony, and was kept-up well. I was offered the option of an "upgrade" to an oceanfront room at $175, which I took, only to discover upon opening the curtains of our room that we were, indeed, oceanside, but staring directly at the side of a huge cruise ship. In fact, cruise ships arrived every morning betweein 6:00 and 7:00 and departed around 5:00. I think I also paid the customary 75 cents per day for USAToday, which was not delivered to our room, but supposed to be available in the lobby. Most days, including the Friday before the weekend, it was not. The hotel has a relatively informal restaurant, but it is still pretty pricey and slow. For breakfast, I'd recommend heading into town for something better, cheaper, and faster. The hotel pool was nice, and had a good hot tub. The fitness center is quite decent, and there is a little "business center," in another building next door.

Bed was very comfortable, my minor complaints are that I took off the Do Not Disturb sign after 12 pm, but they did not clean the room, and the parking rates are very high, but since there is no other option around, they can charge that...

Very best location. Great Westin room. A little noisy. Overall good experience.

Everything was better than expected. Rooms in the second floor with balcony to the inner garden with pool. We had two rooms side by side, very spacious and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. The location is right were all the action starts.

Everything was perfect except the weather! Shrimp at the pool bar was fantastic.

Perfect setting for Key West. Walking distance to all the entertainment you need. Building and grounds very well kept.
