Staff are so welcoming you feel like you are coming home. Hotel and gardens are beautiful, quiet, and convenient to all Key West prime spots. Onsite parking is worth every penny in a town where parking is hard to find. Park and walk to everything.

Beautiful place. Very tropical. Bartender was awesome.

I only have one thing that wasn't positive and that was parking. It has very limited parking and it is an additional 25.00 each night.

We were provided a glass of wine on check in. The Jazz band was good, the grounds had a garden walking path, pool, and places to sit and enjoy the outdoors. There was a piano that one of the guests played. Safe to walk in the neighborhood. A very welcoming environment. It was close to Key West activities.

Wasn't sure what to expect, but I was totally blown away by this place. absolutely 5 stars all the way. The property and gardens were beautiful. The super attentive staff made us feel like family and at home. Our private bungalow (for being as close to Duval street) was quiet, private, an very well furnished. My wife especially liked having her own front porch.

Would not stay at any other hotel in Key West. The Gardens Hotel is beautiful and quiet, but within a block from Durval. We are always treated so well and it is almost like returning home.

Had a great two days in Key West. Hotel was perfect - great staff, great location, great breakfast. Staff assisted with reservations on short notice to Dry Tortugas National Park. recommended great dining options and things to see and do. Highly recommend making this your choice for accommodations in Key West. You will not be disappointed!

I expected a fantastic experience for the price. I had to listen to people above and beside me walking and sliding chairs nonstop. It was completely ridiculous. I asked for an early checkout and refund on the one night. I was denied. Totally unacceptable when the problem was on their end. I would never stay here again, not would I recommend it to anyone. We had to pay $25 a night to park our car.

Short walk to the pier, southernmost point, and Duvall street is 1 block away. Quiet and quaint, a real gem. Has a pool on site and is close to restaurants and sites. They have a wine bar and the morning breakfast was very good. Rooms are small but very well appointed. I would go here again, and not look to go anywhere else.

Great location! Clean, comfortable, and accommodating staff!

The hotel we in a great location and the staff were very helpful. The Master Suite had its own balcony that overlooked the pool. The only thing I can say is When can I return

This hotel is awesome. We stayed there for two nights and everything is great. The hotel is well located. The staff are super nice. We like the garden in the hotel a lot! Definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was lovely. The location was the best, just a short walk to Duvall St. Didn't need our car at all. Pool was open 24/7!

The Gardens Hotel is amazing. It really doesn't get any better. The staff was always available and more than willing to help with any request. The location was perfect - 1/2 block to Duval Street. The room was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable - I think it was actually hugging me :# This little piece of heaven is set in beautiful gardens complete with turtles and a few chickens #they are wild and all over town) once and a while. We will definately be back!

Every detail of this hotel is made to have you feel comfortable and calm.

We were only staying for a couple days so chose the garden inn for its location. It is an excellent hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful, nice breakfast, wine bar, outdoor pool and beautiful clean rooms. Walking distance to Duvall Street, beach and shops. My only complaint is that when I made my reservation it said parking was an amenity. It is available but the hotel charges an extra $20 a night for it. I wish they would just include it in the room rate.

This hotel is a garden oasis in the heart of all the action. We flew into the airport and if you are able bodied, you van walk most everywhere. Duval Street is only a half block away and so is the Trolley Tour stop. The hotel is pretty much as we expected and nice enough. The grounds are lush and lovely. Many photo opportunities. The only suggestion we would give...invest more in the quality of the breakfast foods. Some were fresh and some were not. A hotel this reputable should have a cooked to order breakfast. Key West is a small island, so you will hear airport noise most anywhere. Overall, a nice hotel.

Very high class operation. Pricey but everything about the place made our stay in Key West a joy. Interesting self-serve wine tasting room.

This place was fantastic! Everything was wonderful, clean and attention to detail was perfect. I will DEFINITELY stay here again. Only a ten minute walk to Mallory Square. My only comment is the TV is small and off in a corner. However, you don't come to Key West to watch TV!

We loved the service, the beauty and quaintness of the hotel, and Key West.

Parking is very rare in Key West. We always encourage guests to fly direct or drop rental car when they arrive. I am glad you had a great visit with us!

So happy you enjoyed The Gardens Hotel. We have found with our breakfast that many of guests find it more civilized while on vacation. We do have the coffees and teas out at 7am good note though!

We are sorry to hear that your stay was not perfect. We always want everything perfect for our guests. Parking is the number one challenge in Key West, there are other options such as the lot across from us, however it is more expensive I'm afraid.
