It’s an older property in a great Location parking is tight so get a spot and leave your car or you will walk from Restaurant parking. Staff is great wish they had blackout curtains as all outside walkways had lights and shade didn’t prevent light from coming in all night. All and all great place!
Broken coffee machine, limited kitchen supplies, cleaning services were horrible (made beds and took trash but didn’t clean anything or restock shampoos, toilet paper, etc) The front desk staff were great though. The grounds crew regularly creepily watched my young daughter and her friends (they are 12 years old) Thoroughly disturbing.
Had issues with WiFi.
Hair on the floor in the bathroom, no wine glasses and all the dishware didn't match. Didn't even use the shower and we had the 2 bedroom "suite" hahaha what a joke we were back in the '70s oh and no extra blankets or pillows
Property was well kept. Service was excellent. Highly recommend
Room was outdated and furniture falling apart. TV is 30 inch just hanging on an empty wall. Kitchen is just a microwave and refrigerator built in the wall. Fire alarm kept going off all night. Windows in the master bed room are covered in steel shutters. Bathroom area with tub there is 3 inches from the tub and the toilet.
Had some restaurants and activities near by ans walkable. Hotel room was dated, dirty and damaged. No wifi for our trip, staff was rude about the wifi being down when we asked. Milk at breakfast was spoiled. No sunlight in room due to hurricane shutters all closed, they used thos instead of curtains or blinds. You couldn't open the shutters. Mold and water damage in bathroom Damaged cabinets in kitchen and bathroom Cracked floor tiles Patio door extremely hard to slide open
We didn't have internet access the entire time that we were there. The clerk who checked us in didn't tell us where anything was located.. we never did see a whirlpool, or the fitness center.. all we heard about was rules about no alcohol at the pool, towel restrictions etc. The balcony is just an area on the walkway to the other rooms and the fellow next to us had one. He was literally sitting right outside our door, with his "balcony" door open and tv on loudly so he could listen to it out there..
Harbor out the back patio window. Complementary breakfast was worth the cost. It was cool watching the brown pelicans out in the harbor, crowding around a charter boat in hopes of getting a day old baitfish. Day old, kinda like the breakfast sandwiches.

Love this place! Great location. A bit dated, but that’s ok…the price is right and our room had everything…lots of space, 2 queen beds, full size kitchen, “patio” overlooking the water. And we were lucky to get an upgraded room (our reservations were Sunday, checking out Friday). I like that they have close by sister properties where you can also use the amenities. And the staff was great too!
Great touch-down for 2 nights in Key Largo for a wedding. Room was a bit dated but it was clean and had the necessities. Nice outside breakfast area on the marina for the complimentary breakfast. Nice and helpful staff.
