Worms were on floor near bathroom. Beach area has mosquitoes. Beach is very small and water has lots of dead leaves. Pool was great. Staffs were ok

Room was not very clean. The tub was clogged upon our arrival. The staff was ok. Unless they upgrade the place, I would not stay again.

This was a truly disappointing experience. My boyfriend and I booked this hotel thinking you can't go wrong with a Hilton. Well, you can. This property is in desperate need of renovations from top to bottom. We could have done better at a roadside motel. We paid $317 for a room with fillthy ripped carpeting, lamps with mold growing across them and rusted lawn chairs on the dirty patio. We couldn't stop sneezing from the dust that had accumulated on the large ugly head board behind our bed. The lamps connected tho head board had ripped lamp shades with rusted metal. The furniture looked like a 90s garage sale and the couch was dirty and had an oder. The worst- yes it got worst- part about the whole experience was being woken up at 8:00 in the morning by drills and hammering against our wall. We canceled our late check out , complained to the front desk and drove away from an experience I truly regret spending my hard earned money for. Don't book this hotel.

Super kid-friendly! Great "deal" for the money! Easy to get to all the other Keys attractions, or just enjoy the pool or beach here! Visit: John Pennekamp, Theater of the Sea, or even Key West for the day!

Beautiful hotel near the beach. Does not have much of a beach itself but the grounds are beautiful with lots of trails to walk. Restaurant has superb food, the sunset dinner with amazing view of the ocean was beautiful and relaxing

Nice hotel - was worried based on some of reviews I read after booking and there was no need to be. Very nice, nice beach, nice setting, nice room, nice beach bar. Only thing I would have liked better is it would be nice to have a small fridge in the room to keep our beverages cool.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights in late February and were very happy with our stay. We appreciated the location away from some of the more congested parts of Key Largo and loved the tropical atmosphere and open air feel of the facilities. We enjoyed watching the local wildlife (ibis & iguanas) while sitting on the quiet beach front under the trees. We moved often between the sunnier poolside, the open sandy beach, and the shady beach areas and never had a problem finding a spot to sit. We were upgraded to a top floor ocean view room and thrilled to wake up each morning to a view of the water warm air through the large sliding doors. Within a short drive from many good restaurants and Pennekamp State Park.

Well Matthew Kline was the worst person I ever delt with very rude to handicap people which my wife has no legs gave us a room we could not even use. So he was going to give us another room but only 1 night he said to bad for second night sleep your car. That was very unacceptable . If it wasn't for Jennifer she fixed it the next day in the mean time we had to go all hours of the night bathroom in lobby. Everyone else was very nice as long as Matthew works there I will never stay there again you will see a picture of my wife's arm when she fell in bathroom he gave us.

Family had a wonderful time. Views and water were awesome. Not so fond of resort fees as addl $ hit ... for parking, wifi, etc

Very old and deteriorating hotel and we paid 337.00 per night. Not worth it! Staff tried real hard to try to make up for the condition of hotel and rooms and the private beach was very nice. Greeter at reception desk said it was Pre- renovation but prices don't reflect that. On top of paying $337.00 per night they add a resort fee of 28.00 per night! Not worth it! Go to Marriott! Or Playa is new

The bed...awesome! The rest of the furniture is getting dated and needs replacement soon. The room was clean.

Friendly front desk staff. Great view from our balcony. Hotel overall needs some maintenance.

Nice hotel right on the beach. The restaurant, pool, bars, are excellent. However, the facility is tired and in need of being restored/upgraded.

We enjoyed our stay during our Florida Keys vacation. This hotel is located well, giving us access to all of the Florida Keys and the Everglades. The staff was very friendly and inviting. My only hesitation is that our room showed signs of wear and tear which needed attention. A broken cabinet doors, a split lamp shade, all things that could have been fixed before our stay but we're not brought this hotel from a 4 to a 3 rating.

I understand the hotel is on the beach front, and in the keys, but the room itself was dated. For the amount of money we paid, or would ox been nice to a jetted tub. All in all it was good.

Hotel was right on a private beach and rooms had nice size balconies, but there were so many tress you could not see the bay. We rented an ocean view room and was very disappointed not to have an ocean view. Everything else was perfect.

I like this property, it has a little boardwalk on a nature trail and is full of trees,,,make sure you request the fourth floor because if you are on the third floor your bay view will be obstructed by the trees! We had moved to a nice fourth floor room for the majority of our stay after being put in a third-floor room which overlooked the trees. Two pools one is an adults only pool they both have waterfalls, my son enjoyed that.there is a dock and a sandy beach and the water sports is right there so you can rent jet ski's, etc. decent buffet breakfast at the on-site restaurant.room is average, beds were comfortable

This Hilton is over all in a good area, but the pool space was small - which means alot to me and lack of laying out areas(i am a big fan of sun). The beach area was nice, activities, just wish less trees and more sun! The rooms were nice, a good size and clean. Parking was free and easy - also great wifi. Treetops, the bar also has a happy hour which is a plus. Would stay there again though.

Everything was good, except for the tiny ants in the bathroom
