Enjoyed every minute. Perfect honeymoon getaway! The location, the staff, the food...everything was amazing!

Beautiful hotel, staff was courteous. Room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Pool and outdoor areas were very well kept. Enjoyed that the pool was open 24 hours. Food was very good as well. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel. Need to drive if wanting to eat away from the hotel.

Excellent hotel and rooms. Hotel staff pleasant and always helpful. Rooms were beautiful, updated. Very comfortable beds. Best pina colada ever. The only draw back was the gym's cardio equipment which was outdated with several broken machines, but who goes on vacation for the exercise after all. Positioning in the middle keys is great as a drive in either direction gives you great experiences whether it's seeing the night life in Key West or kayaking on Islamorada.

Great time. Family pool. Adult pool. Great food

We booked a 2 room villa at Hawks Cay Resort through Orbitz & got a great deal. However, our problems started once we got there. Our villa was old, outdated, & smelled moldy & musty. It was the farthest villa away from the main resort activities. We asked to switch rooms & the staff was able to occomodate this with a regular king size hotel room, which was much better. The food was mediocre, expensive, and limited. One of the restaurants was not even open due to lack of guests. It seems as if the resort "judges" the percentage of people for the week as to how they will operate their facility. All restaurants & bars close early, around 10pm, regardless of how many guests are partaking. One night, at the outdoor tiki bar, there were many guests, around 8pm, and there was no music playing, despite the fact that the hotel staff asked for it many times. The resort seems very poorly organized, and not much direction for the staff to follow. I must say, the best thing about this resort is the bar tending staff- they were friendly, we had great customer service, and poured great drinks! Overall, the resort is nice, but if you like nightlife, & a better variety of food, do not stay here. This resort would be great for older retirement couples or families. ** If you do stay, say hi to Erin, the best bartender there!

Great time at Hawks Kay. We enjoyed the pool and lagoon and it was very convenient to sign up for paddleboarding and snorkeling adventures. Swimming with the dolphins was pricey but the kids loved it.

We especially loved the surroundings. The lagoon and pools. And we loved the dolphin encounter. We did not have a chance to swim with them but to watch them was so tranquil and relaxing. We had the most delicious fried banana dessert we ever had.

The hotel was nice but when I checked in I was told I have an island view and it was a view of a tree and the parking lot. We loved the pools, splash park, lagoon, all the amenities! Great family place! I will get a Villa next time so we can cook our own meals, because it is expensive eating out all your meals there. Valet is included in your daily resort fee which was nice. It was neat to be able to see dolphins up close at their dolphin encounter!

Weve got a sunset condo. Excellent place for 5 people, except for: - sofa-bed that was broken, a rollaway bed was provided but after I had requested 4 times - the phones did not work, thus I had to go to the front-office (which is 2-3 mins by car) 3 times to complain about the sofa-bed - the stairs are too steep, my knee hurt going up-and-down Upside: great location to ride bikes - There are dolphins inside

We booked our reservation, we drove down that night to find out they didn't have any rooms available and we did not show up in their reservation system. The Late night front desk lady then gave us a villa which would have been nice but the key didn't let us in, the villa was at the opposite end of the resort 2 blocks away from any of the hotel amenities. I had to drive back reprogram the key and return. She asked us to call the manager in the morning to discuss the matter with the room. The phone in the room was disconnected . When we finally did, I asked to see if we could get a late check out so that my girls could enjoy the pool a bit before leaving. He gave us just one extra hour. In conclusion, we slept in and left before checkout time. Too much of a hassle.

My fiancé and I went to Hawks Cay for surprise geta at for him before he before he went away on business. Everything was great! The food and drinks were very overpriced..wish it was all inclusive.

rooms were clean, food was not tasty, as in a diner priced like fancy restaurant . really not much of a choice. Kind of abusive check out - maid entered our room twice before check out time, meanwhile clearly knew we were still in the room, not acceptable management policy on getting rid of the guests

Beautiful resort. Everything you need is there, dining, entertainment, shopping. You do not need to leave the gates of the property. However, one of the most outdated rooms I have ever stayed at. Badly needs to be renovated. Second villa we stayed in was roomy but old and quite dusty. You can tell housekeepers never clean light fixtures as there were inches of build up dust there. Also doors and walls were stained, not to mention sticky kitchen cabinets. Definitely not the luxury you are paying for. For this price you can stay at much newer all inclusive or 5 star resort in Mexico. Room conditions is my only complaint. Stuff helpfull and nice. Lots of attractions for children, but for most of them you have to pay extra despite the fact you are paying a resort fee on top of your other charges. Painting a treasure chest workshop $25!!!!????

Great hotel! Kids loved the pools and the lagoon. Although it does cost extra$ to do activities such as kayaking or paddle boarding. I feel those two activities should be included in their $30 resort fee.

The hotel property is beautiful. The staff are not overly welcoming but most are at least courteous. The hotel is very family oriented. I would not suggest for a romantic getaway.

We love This resort. We have been here a few times before. This stay was nice. Though our original room had a musty smell, the phones didn't work unless on speaker, and there was still used breakfast menus from the guests before. But after going to the front desk the staff was great at getting us switched easily. Our kids love the saltwater lagoon and we love the location.

I booked this hotel last minute to accommodate for a tarpon fishing trip I had set up for my boyfriend's 30th. Usually we stay at cheaper motel-like establishments or bed and breakfasts with little to no ammenities or atmosphere, thinking 'hey we're just sleeping here right?' Needless to say our jaws dropped when we pulled up to what can truely be called a 'resort.' The entire atmosphere just exuded tropical resort spa. Although it was almost entirely out of our price range, I have to say springing the extra $150 or so was absolutely worth it!! It has definitely set a new par for our vacations. Even if you're out on Keys adventures all day and coming back to 'just sleep there' it makes a huge difference to come back to a beautiful, relaxing, and therapeutic resort!! We will definitely be returning (after we save up our vacation fund again!)

Love this palce at all was a great acomodation and people were very helpfull all times location was awsome will definetly go there again any time

It's a relaxed family resort. The only downside was unreliable wifi. This was ok for me, but a problem for my teenage son. The room was great. It's seems the place was updated since my last visit, 9 yrs ago.
