The room layout for the king bed was excellent/different; it gave us way more space in the room than the traditional layout. Had a great stay.

Typical 2 queen bed room. Breakfast was good. Only major complaint was the maid service typically didn't come until mid-afternoon.

It's over priced for what you get but I think that's true for any hotel in Keywest. Fruits served in the morning were canned rather than fresh.

Nice updated motel with newly renovated rooms. Walls are thin and you can here traffic etc but had no problems really

My husband and I stayed here for the annual Key West Poker Run and it was very nice. We trailered our bike and they allowed us to park our trailer in one of the parking spaces. They even allow large enclosed trailers to park across a few parking spaces. There is plenty of parking. The hotel was very nice and clean and it wasn't crazy packed like other hotels. They provided live music at the pool during the day and it was nice and quiet at night. We received housekeeping services daily. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Overall we were very satisfied and would stay here again!

Staff wasn't all that friendly. We arrived early and was hoping for an early check in but nothing was available so we were told to check back in an hour. After grabbing lunch and returning still nothing was available, but still not a big deal as it was only 1PM. So I left my number with the girl at the desk and was hoping for a call when a room would be ready. However, we never received a phone call. A room was ready when we did return later that evening but we would have appreciated a phone call to let us know sooner. Then the next morning we were unable to check out late so we were rushed to get ready and leave and even had a housekeeper knock on the door promptly at the time of check out. Overall experience was ok, I guess the standards for customer service at hotels these days just isn't what it used to be.

The location was off the beaten path, It was a nice place. You definitely can't walk to the items of interest.

Hotel appears to be upgraded (looks different e.g. more modern) than the pictures. Staff was very kind and kind and friendly. Also, the hotel is very peaceful and quiet, which was great!

Was just an overnight stay. Didn't have much time to review the hotel. I didn't have any complaints though. I do remember some of the staff who work booking activities/entertainment being very helpful.

Everything was fine, but the bathroom tile needed a good scrubbing. People were very nice and helpful. Used the shuttle a couple of times--very helpful. Very handy to get all tickets and reservations at hotel. All and all, no big complaints.

The hotel is in poor shape. The furniture is old and in poor condition. The buildings need work. For Key West the price is cheap. Overall this is an old 2 Star hotel in need of a lot of work. The staff is helpful and courteous. The shuttle is a good benefit because Key West is hard to drive in.

All hotels booked solid. Lucky to get this room at all. It would not meet my standards normally. As they say in the military: Worn, but, servicable.

We were really dissapointed to find out the Pool was closed for renovations and we didnt know until' check in. It would be nice to know at booking time instead.

They are taking advantage of the demand; least they can do is provide a reasonably clean place for the high price.

I booked this hotel thinking it had a free breakfast. But when I checked in I was told there was no on site breakfast. We stayed here for 3 nights. Everyday day we had a different amount of towels in our room and had to go get fresh ones from the front desk . one day we came back an our bed was not made. The television is very old and the sound was terrible. The beds were very uncomfortable. The room did not have a luggage rack and no one at the front had one either. We paid $416.85 for our three night stay and that was the cheapest on the island. Guess you get what you pay for. I will not stay here again.

We stayed in Room 111. I'm not handicapped, but, this is the room we were given. It was clean, but the bed was nothing but 'springs!' The side I was on, near the bathroom, had a a big, round dent in the mattress with a large ridge in the middle of the mattress. There was no more cover over the springs! I woke up with such a back ache. I was going to tell the front desk, but, my husband said I should just let corporate know that new mattresses are a must!!! Please help out the poor handicapped person who will be stuck in that room by giving him/her a mattress worth sleeping on! The rest of the room was clean and nice.

the staff really go out of the way to be helpfull; and with all the great shuttle sefvice nothing is more than a few mins away

The room is ordinary but the concierge and shuttle make this hotel a worthwhile destination. The hotel is located on the opposite side of the island as most of the hot spots but the shuttle allows you to get just about anywhere. The shuttle leaves every 30 min from a block away and the concierge will book any excursion you'd like to do on the island. If you get a chance get off the second shuttle stop and walk about 4 blocks to El Siboney. Great food!

On the way to Dry Tortuga, needed a 1 day sleep over. The room was filthy, spring breakers were roaming, but it was relatively cheap, not far from Duval

Ok for just a place to sleep. Noisy AC and uncomfortable bed.
