Overpriced motel. Not a resort. Old and tired. Not a nice place to stay.

We were surprisingly given a free upgrade from a studio to a 2 bdrm condo. It was timely considering we were there celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary! The condo was clean, cozy, and comfy! Close to the pool which was the same!. I can't wait to return.

This is my 4th time staying @ Coconut Mallory & not sure if I'll be back. All of the rooms are slightly outdated (especially the bathrooms & balcony). To make it worse we had tiny any crawling all over in the kitchen & both bathrooms. The final straw was when we found these ants crawling all over our 8month old baby's bottle! My wife called the emergency # and reached the GM Jenny Gomez. She was not concerned about our issue and even hung up on my wife during the conversation. We never even received a follow-up call or visit from the GM Jenny. Thankfully the front desk manager Adriana moved our room & even came to check on us. Unfortunately, this room too had ants (not nearly as bad). I understand that it's Florida and there are bugs...but I've been to KW a dozen times and this was the first time I've had to deal with this. And it was made worse my the GM Jenny not caring a single bit! I realize lodging can be pricey in KW, it do yourself and your family a favor a spend a little more in order to enjoy yourself and stay stress free! I would avoid Coconut Mallory until they get their act together or at least relieve GM Jenny of her duties.

Your office staff was very friendly and helpful! Your grounds are very beautiful and well kept! We enjoyed it all and would stay again!

We had a great time at Coconut Mallory. The location made it easy to access all parts of the island. The tiki bar allowed us to meet many wonderful people. We made new friends and will have them with us for a very long time to come!

We picked this location because it was the cheapest we could find with good reviews and a kitchen in it. We stayed in the one bedroom condo. We got to Key West a few hours before check-in and luckily, they let us check in by the time we were done with lunch. The lady we had at the desk was pretty awesome. Then we walked into the room. You get an actual key, not a card for the room. So dont lose it!! The kitchen was small. Definitely not the full size kitchen I saw in some photos from previous guests. Had no oven and just 2 burners for a stove. The fridge was a deeper than usual mini fridge. The rest was pretty nice. Had a tv in the bedroom and living room. Had 1 bathroom technically but 2 split sinks and 2 split toilets. One shower. The patio was a great size. Parking was a little awkward. Since it was just the two of us staying in the room, it was just about $20 each way to and from the party side of Duval. So be prepared for that.

The rooms were very nice, not centrally located, had to pay for a cab to go anywhere which became costly. The worst thing they were renovating room next to ours, at 9 am banging, using a saw, men talking loudly. I know work has to be done but dont rent room next door, or give some kind of discount.

The hotel is not very close to activities. Renting bikes helped. The check in was to the minute on when you were allowed to arrive. The hotel staff was friendly, however the kitchen had ants in it and there was a panty liner from a swim suit in my bed. I had to have them change the linens.

We enjoyed our stay here. All was good and staff was very kind to us.

A comfortable, convenient place to stay in Key West. Two stories, two bedrooms, full kitchen, and a patio with a nice view of the palms. Had a great time on a snorkeling/ecotour adventure and visiting nearby restaurants for fresh seafood! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Was not a clean room staff not friendly and road noise.

Great location and pretty nice for the money. Floors are outdated, but its comfortable and great for a family with kids. 4-5 comfortably.

Great and helpful staff and excellent facilities. Rental rate a little more than I am use to but for Key West not that bad even for summer time. I would look to book again.

We stayed at the Coconut Mallory for my birthday back in July, a roomy studio, and was great!! It's far off Duval so if you are looking for somewhere quiet this is your place! Love the view of the ocean/marina in the back, where you can rent bikes, paddleboards, etc, not to mention you can enjoy a nice adult beverage starting as early as 10am! This time we decided to take a last min quick Easter weekend getaway so I was actually really surprised they still had availability and for a very reasonable price. We rented a 2 bedroom condo that was VERY spacious, staff was very friendly. And they even had an Easter egg hunt for the kids. Will definitely stay there again!

This was a nice property with beautiful tropical grounds. A nice quite bar at the marina. Affordable for being on key west. About 3 miles from Duval street. Would recommend for adult travelers.

If you're a couple, this place will work out fine. If you plan on having kids or others to use the sofa bed, think again. The mattress is from the '70s; flat and every rail pokes through it. There were not enough sheets left to use on the sofa bed, too. After complaining the office did supply us with a cot which was better but could still of used a new mattress.

Good price, for 2 bedroom. AC was an issue. Thermostat 1st floor, bedrooms upstairs not a good system. Warm in bedrooms. NO coffee supplied in room. An above average facility that has great potential if they tweak this property.

This is probably the best deal in Key West. No problem with anything. We really liked not being right downtown with all the crowds. Smathers Beach is a mile away which was great.

My group had two of the two-bedroom condos. Lots of space... Pool (1 of the 2) was inviting and tropical... There was also plenty of parking. Staff was GREAT! They were informative, friendly and fun... Thoughts where the resort could improve: - The AC does not cool the upstairs rooms sufficiently... the fans do help, however. - Carpets a bit dingy, but not horrible. - Location is well away from Duval - but a cab ride is only $4.50 per person (if you have a group). - Keep in mind, this is a timeshare, so there is no maid service and all trash must be taken out before you leave. Also, they ask for guests to strip their own beds, etc... not horrible, but just not expected either. - Strict 10:00am check-out time; $20 fee per hour if you need to leave later than that.

This was a great place to stay!!! Very quiet, clean and spacious. The woman we checked in with was awesome. Will stay there again.
