While I would recommend this hotel I did not appreciate the additional use fee for the pool and beach.

Nice location, beautiful pool area. Not sure whether they had a restaurant at the hotel, as none of the staff mentioned nor showed us one, with the exception of the excellent breakfast buffet, set up in a conference room, and primarily seating was on the patio. Very small bar in the lobby (8 people max). Hostesses at the daily breakfast buffet were a bit surly, but the wait staff was cordial.

We had a great few days. It was relaxing and we also kept active. We rented bikes, rented a double scooter, went on a sunset cruise, walked to the Butterfly Exhibit and Southernmost Point as well as to restaurants and the beach next door. The sunset and view was beautiful. The pool area was relaxing and great service. It was fun to lie in the hammock and play ping pong by the bar.

we always stay at the casa. This time our room door did not lock when we were leaving the room. They did accommodate and find us another room. They first tried to give us a room that was not as nice, finally got us an equal room. In season so they were pretty full. The staff is always great. There was a storm the first night that blew seaweed and debris up onto the beach. They did not remove it for the next 5 days and it started to smell of dead fish. We canceled our dinner on the beach because of it. They did offer us a free breakfast for 3 days. Starting to look a little tired. they need to refresh. They used to have free yoga and scuba classes in the morning there is a charge. Overall is was a good experience as opposed to what we remember as being a great experience. First time we tried going in January, usually go in June. We will either look for another hotel or go back to casa in june

Awesome beach stay resort, luxury amenities and roaster sound wakes your pleasant day going!

Staff is amazing. Great place great atmosphere. Definetly worth it

The hotel itself is very beautiful and historic from the outside. The pool area is great and the lobby is also beautiful. The rooms have a lot of room for improvement, however. Room safe was not working at first so I had to call the handyman to come and fix it. Also the beach is absolutely terrible, if you can even call it a beach. The water is brown and there is lots of huge rocks blocking anyone from swimming. The location is pretty good it is within walking distance of Duval and Higgs beach but there are hotels closer to Duval and the happening areas. It was a good deal for what we got compared to other hotels in Key West but over all I think Key West is way over priced personally for what you get.

I had a great time , staff was excellent and rooms are very nice . Thank you

Great location and historical but in deteriorating condition. Bathrooms are OK but sink faucets are in an awkward location. Overpriced for the quality. However, the staff are pleasant and responsive.

We arrived early and were greeted with totally gracious, friendly, professional staff. Each and every staff person went above and beyond to provide the BEST service. The room was great, clean and comfortable. We could adjust the A/C to our comfort. The pools were super, location is beautiful, and it was an excellent experience overall. Thank you.

The room was dirty upon arrival with a dirty washcloth under the sink. There was duct tape on the smoke alarm and dust around the baseboards and on the furniture. Dust(as in a layer, cuz trust me...I am no neat freak nor a great cleaner myself) on the coffee stand area as if it hadn't been wiped in weeks. A screw on the floor next to the night stand and literally dust gobbing up the outlet area. I had to plug in my sleep apnea machine which is why I was going for the outlet by the bed. For the price of these rooms.....this was completely unacceptable. I did kindly mention it to Patrick at the front desk at 10:30am who apologized profusely and offered to have housekeeping come up to take care of things at 11:30am once we were out of the room. Sadly (probably not Patrick's fault as I'm sure he advised housekeeping) no one ever came up. We came back to our room at 1pm and nothing had been touched. We advised him again to let him know. Again....apologetic but hey....we are still in a dirty room here. We finally left our room at 5pm for dinner. The room was turned down by 8pm when we got back....but the dirty washcloth was still there, as well as the screw, the duct tape and the layers of dust......we did get two little chocolates though. They offered a "late checkout" and waived the resort fee. The next day we took our time to leave and had brunch at the restaurant downstairs. We came back to our room at 12pm to pack up and we were already locked out of our room...

Casa Marina is in a class all there own in Key West! Service is incredible! Rooms are roomy and clean. Beach is awesome. I can't think of another place I would rather vacation at!

The hotel is beautiful, clean, with an outstanding view. The hotel staff is exceptional. Unfortunately, our visit coincided with some hotel renovations. The wood floors of the lobby were in the process of being refinished - sanded, stained, etc. Thus, during our 6 day stay, the odor created by the chemicals used was very strong, most unpleasant. The gift shop was closed, the indoor bar area was unavailable, and at times the computer center was also unavailable. Thankfully, our room was on the second floor and odor free. I understand that renovations are necessary, but I wish I had been informed about the work in progress prior to our visit. Our stay was not discounted.

Nice hotel, great location, lot of amenities. One issue people may want to stay away from are rooms around 256 where they are above a loud fan which kicks on at all hours of the day and night. It is so loud it could wake you up at night.

Other than the internet everything was fine. We will definitely return, with a room overlooking the pool. All of the staff was most helpful.

Really great hotel on the beach. We stayed for a week on our wedding/honeymoon trip, just the two of us. Hotel was a bit expensive, but we were willing to shell out the money as it was our honeymoon trip. Breakfast buffet was excellent but costly at 28 dollars per person.

My husband I booked a vacation to key west at the CASA MARINA in November. Our first impression was not what we expected. We arrived after check in which is 4 pm - we arrived around 430ish we waited for a room till almost 6 pm. They were very apologetic and friendly about the inconvenience. Upon arrival to our room we began to relax. After looking around the room it was dirty for just being cleaned. The tables were dusty and smudge with finger prints. The bathroom had no shower curtain and the tub was dirty looking as I took a cloth to the bottom of the tub and created a clean spot with my finger. The front was again very apologetic and we were able to either have the room cleaned or to be moved. We decided to move. This room was much better. Our view from both rooms were amazing - bonus! While in our new room we did notice that the bathroom ceiling was very dusty and under the sink was a mess too, I totally understand it is hard to keep up but it was hard to tell when the last time it was dusted/cleaned. We ate breakfast twice, it was delicious. The pool and ocean access were great too. Overall, it was a nice stay. Just a few hiccups throughout. Would stay again for the view thats for sure.

It was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!! loved it! The resort is absolutely beautiful!!!! We did the sunset cruise and that's where my fiancé popped the question! BREATHTAKING moments! :)

Awesome 3 night vacation ! Staff was well trained and very friendly and professional. Pool scene was very nice with great bar and staff. We were in the original ( old ) part of the hotel and loved it ! Grounds were beautiful and immaculate. Would highly recommend !

The staff at the Casa Marina was courteous and friendly and the view of the ocean was beautiful. There is very little beach left in Key West, but the hotel has a nice relaxing beach with cabanas available for rent.
