Very dated and unkept grounds. Room was it avail for 1 1/2 hours after advertised check-in time and no consideration was offered. After driving 9 hours, was not expecting to wait another 1 1/2 hr for the room to be ready (5:30pm).

Was confused by the reviews over all was a great place a little older but they are trying to change it around . We had a great stay and the staff at the front desk where very friendly and helpful! Room had a musty smell but again you are by the ocean! Great time!
the doors never locked, front end staff was alerted every day did nothing about it and wouldn't move the room they never changed the sheets or the linen every day even though we asked the staff front end to do so due to allergies we kept begging for them to fix and make us safe to change the room to change the linens they did nothing

The property was in a good location. Reception was polite and check in was fast. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. Parking was convenient and close. We stayed three nights. Upon entry into our room we noticed the toilet was plugged. We we called the front desk and they said they would send somebody right away. We left for dinner and when we returned the toilet had not been touched. We asked a second time and then went for a walk. When we returned the toilet was unplugged. This Motel did state that there would be zero housekeeping and we could only get towels if we called and requested them, which we did. But had to call several times to get towels which we ending up walking up the road to reception and getting ourselves. They advertised a bar at the point and at the pool but neither was open for our entire stay. The highlight of our stay was that we saw a manatee swim passed us as we sat at the point. The grab and go breakfast was an apple. Over all I would rate this place fair and nothing fancy.
Property was extremely Dirty! There is a no mention of the excessive amount charged for the resort fee of 90.00. The balcony is shared front and guests are allowed to smoke which comes into the window air condition unit. People come and going in and out all night very loud. Smoking Pot. Was filthy dirty and smelled like vomit on patio. Dust and cobwebs on walls. And to top it off I was bite by something which required me to get medical treatment from my physician, in which he informed me it could possibly be bed bugs. So I’m not recommending this facility at all. Definitely don’t bring kids here. I did try to call front desk twice no response.

Room was a nice size and clean, but it was too expensive for what you are getting. No a real breakfast and front desk staff not very helpful.
