Having a pet really reduced our options for where we were going to stay as most places don't allow you to have pets. When we first arrived the person at the front desk was listening to headphones and didn't seem to notice us. I was a little worried, but luckily, once he took his earbuds out, he was friendly and got us checked in. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of parking in the back. Overall it was a great experience and would definitely stay there again.

The bed was old and lumpy. The rest of the room was decent. Mini fridge had an iceberg growing inside. Maybe they could defrost it once in a while. Pool is not bad but not heated. Hot tub was closed. There were two beautiful tropical murals in the companion way near the pool. Shame they were painted on such an old building.

bathroom door wouldn’t close. no internet in room. TV screen had lines running across it as if it had been dropped or broken. gym was non existent. though it might’ve been getting restored from hurricane. if that was the case, it would’ve been nice to have website or someone notify us before making the reservation.

My only suggestion is that the AC unit was on the wall, bathroom cabinet is rotting

This place has gone down and it's not coming back without spending some money...

Tiki bar out of operation, pool was gross, beach not usable

La habitación muy amplia y limpia, aunque tenía algunos muebles deteriorados, el desayuno muy escaso, las zonas comunes, piscina, jacuzzi, etc, muy descuidado y sucio.

The only reason it got two stars is the pool and patio area and the staff was pretty good. The actual room was in very poor condition. It's a shame that the hotel is in such poor condition because the land is worth a lot. The rate is lower than many, but it's not worth it, I'd rather find a cheaper bed and breakfast. The problems with the room were too much to list: the exhaust fan in the bathroom was broken, the grout in the bathroom was very dirty, there were stains on the walls and carpet, the fridge froze everything and was missing the temperature dial, one of the beds was broken with one corner sagging much lower than the others, the bed that wasn't broken had a hard lumpy mattress, and the patio door was very difficult to lock (which was concerning because the room was on the first floor). Overall, the hotel was run-down and outdated.

We booked this motel because of price and we got about what we paid for. It was decent with a few hickups.

Dated inside and parts of the grounds were overgrown. Quiet. I liked that there was no kids and the pool was nice. A mile walk to Duval St.

Wandering chickens crowed a little early and often. They were all over in the keys. We enjoyed all of foods and beach's.

No WIFI inside our room. This Hotel is still using the ''OLD'' TV. I reserved 2 rooms, no chairs, no table in one room.In my roon, we do not have plates. Pooooor Banana! Ayyy yayyy yayyyy!!!

Not worth more than a crappy motel anywhere else on the keys.

This hotel is good if you're not picky and looking for something that doesn't cost a whole arm and leg. It was still not worth the price for $170/night. The decor of the room is extremely outdated. The sink vanity and the bed side table were falling apart. The mattress was pretty uncomfortable. But this was the cheapest hotel we could find, and it was nice because it was close to our destination, all the while not being too close. So it was pretty quiet. The pool was nice and clean. It's on the beach so there were nice views of the gulf. And the continental breakfast was decent. No meat, I was hoping for bacon or sausage. But plenty of bagels, danishes, cereal or waffles. Also, it seemed like the room I was given, room 204, was the crapiest of the rooms? My brother was in the room next door and his room was much nicer. We could also see into the other rooms when the maid staff was cleaning as they would leave the doors open, and it definitely seemed like all the other rooms were nicer than ours, so seems like we paid as much as others and got the crap end of the stick. I'm not a rich person so wasn't looking for a luxury hotel. And for me I was happy the room was clean. But I expected just a little nicer than what I got.

The room was dirty full of spider webs paint coming off the wall hot it took 3 hours for the air conditioner to half way cool the room it was not clean it and smell clean really bad experience

Do NOT come to this location, my fiancé and I woke up with a roach crawling on top of us! Disgusting, then the manager wants to proceed to say... "It happens" absolutely not!!!! Disgusting!

Black mold inside the so called 1950,s vintage kitchen cabinets. Filthy beyond description. Do not waste your money. The place would make a Billy goat puke. Only seeing it and smelling it would do it justice. I have seen some awful hotels in my life ,but this was the worst. It really needs to be bull dozed. This is not an exaggeration.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and the resort feeling. Some of the fixtures and television needed some updating but worked ok. Breakfast area needed updating and cleaner. View of the bay and pool was nice. Building was older but kept up.

We really liked the room we got it was on the corner next to the marina! The room are great with grills and huge!!! Perfect location to rent bikes and head to town! We enjoyed staying here! The resort is outdated but seemed quite clean. The door lock broke so we got locked out and had to crawl through the window, that was a downfall. We loved we had a kitchenette!
