It was clean and the staff was friendly. The bartender Carlos was attentive. The food was great.

Everything was wonderful about our stay, the it was too freaking cold everywhere. from the room, hallway, restaurant other then that outstanding.
NONE of the power outlets worked. Couldn’t plug in the cpap machine. Room was 60 degrees with no heat option available. I have RA and this was a huge health issue for me. I WILL NEVER STAY AT A PULLMAN AGAIN! Horrible first experience…and my last!

We found that the room itself was pleasant, though it did lack comforts such as a mini fridge and microwave, things that we have enjoyed with lesser hotels. The ice machine was insufficient and the hotel staff was friendly but uninformative. It was not as expected.
