Stayed there during Brazilian Carnival and overall it was an excellent stay. Would give a 4.5 stars rate if possible. Location: very nice location at Jurere Internacional, close to the beach and to several other things to do (stores, restaurants, etc). Easy to get there from the road through the second exit to Jurere, first to Jurere Internacional. Hotel: parking is not included. I believe it costs something like 25R$ per day but not sure (it wasn't much more than any of the other hotels I have stayed at before). Front desk was excellent and very helpful. We were able to make an early check-in to use the hotel pools leaving our luggage in the car while they prepared our room. The hotel also provided a free late check-out (4PM). The pools were awesome with 3 different options that went from heated to natural temperature. Room: excellent! I could say that this was one of the best rooms I have ever stayed at, if not the best. The room is more like an apartment with a kitchen/dinning area, a TV room, a bedroom and a bathroom. It was all very clean (besides the dishes and glasses but I would clean them again anyway), very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was excellent as well. Main complaint regarding the room was the A/C that automatically turned-on and would make the room too cold during the night. Breakfast: lots of options to choose from, with nice cheese options and fresh juices. I recommend getting your stay with breakfast included with my main complaint of it being the cakes and sweets. I have tried many of the cake options during the stay and almost all of them were either blend or not very well made/cooked. Pool bar: had many of the drinks options and a few of the plates. They were all very well prepared and had good sizes. Their prices were very good when compared to places in Curitiba (city I am from) with the drinks averaging 20 to 25R$ and the dishes 25-30R$. The problem with the pool bar was that it wasn't very organized, sometimes it took them 5 minutes to bring your order and at other times more than 30 minutes. This was completely unrelated to how busy the pool was nor to how complicated the drinks/food preparation was. My main problem with this hotel was when trying to make the reservation through their website as VISA would not allow me to complete it stating that this hotel was not a reliable business. After many tries I ended up making the reservation through and was even able to get a better price than the hotel site. The price I ended up paying was relatively high but that is understandable as it was during Carnival, and even when taking that into consideration I still believe this hotel was an excellent choice.

Nice resort for families. Rooms are big, and can accomodate 4 easily. Staff is attentive to guests. Resort is 100 meters from the beach and 100 meters from shopping area. Beach can get crowded, but if you go early in the morning, no problems.

I had not been to Jurere in a long time and this was advertised like a 5 star hotel, very disappointing to find out i had been there before. Crowded with local families from the area and the rooms are very tired although large. They make you use a wristband to access the hotel, not for me !

The resort is located 2 min walking distance from Jurere beach in Florianopolis. It is one of the best of Florianopolis but really average for European standards (service is slow, decoration/furniture is quite outdated and should be refreshed, food choice/quality is average). I was a bit disappointed as I was expecting better food and service for such prices.

This is My First visit in This hotel, third in Floripa. For business relation . It Is fantastic combination for business And pleasure.. Very good team, From bellman Dario , receptionist Jean Carlo , the concierge .. i had a amazing stay . I was alone But never felt alone .. Restaurant is world class ....The rooms are huge , clinical clean And coSy . The ambiance And atmoshere is worth a visit .. Mediterian French riviera feeling

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel ,both the same time of year, both for the Ironman race. The first time we had a standard sized room which was ok for two people with just one bike, one persons race gear, two suitcases. We got the larger suite this time since we were traveling with another couple who were both racing and figured we mine as well get some more space. The suite was nice, it was nice to have the kitchen area and a separate living room as well. I also liked have two vanity areas so I did not have to share with hubby lol We had a nice view of the pool, ocean, and mountains. Always had a hot shower, the room and hotel was very clean. Security was posted inside the foyer as well as by the back gate which lead out onto the beach. The pool was very cold, however, they do have a heated indoor pool which I took advantage of. Breakfast is made up of traditional Brazilian fare, do not expect waffles, pancakes, omelettes, etc here. We had lunch one day in the buffet area and they had feijoada which was delicious, and the food was very good and there was a nice selection. We had lunch at either poolside or at the bar area the other days and it was just as good. There it is mostly sandwiches and snacks. We had the athlete pasta dinner here which was good, but ate dinner out the other nights. I will say that the food has improved tremendously since we were there two years ago. Location for the race is superb. We ate at Garage Burger right next door a couple times and it was delicious and went out to the athlete after party dinner as well. Even though it was their offseason so a lot of places were closed for the winter, we still found some shops and restaurants open and within a couple minutes walk. Only criticism is nothing was open later the night of the race so slower athletes could get something to eat after they finished. Service was very good, easy to get around, and we even used the spa as well. If we ever come back for the race again, this is the only place we will stay.

Confortable room, clean, nice helpful people! Would come back! The only thing I didn´t like was que shampoo/conditioner they offer, so bring yours with you. Excellent breakfast, good restaurant. Ask for late check-out if you need, they have a good offer!

I was there this week with the family, the hotel is possibly very good standards for Brazil, but as a European it lack quality in so many ways. The cleanliness is poor, the outdoor pool is not warm, the kids club is of low standards, the food is good but few choices, the beach is great and surrounding has few options of anything (a car is needed). We really enjoyed the beach, beautiful and calm sea for the kids

Star ratings in Brazil must be very bizarre. From the four hours it took to try to book a room (why can't they just take your card number like all other hotels? Oh no, they need a signed affidavit plus photocopies of back and front of card and passport. With waiting time for confirmation being 72 hours. On a short trip to Brazil you CAN'T WAIT THAT LONG). I should have realised that this wasn't the best managed place around. We not once saw a member of management in the nine days we were there, which may account for generally unhappy staff. Far too many staff on the front desk but never once were we asked if any kind of help was needed. On two occasions had to call for the room to be serviced at 14.45. Possibly intentional, as there is no question of turndown. The restaurant is a disgrace and it's no wonder people don't dine there. Poor food and overpriced. Plus is there no way of getting parents to control their children at breakfast? Dancing on tables seemed to be top of the list as well as playing at trip up the waiters. Exceptions to the paucity of service were a wonderful (female) concierge, a great and amusing bellboy and some nice staff in the bar. And in a five star place I expect tea/coffee to be brought to the table rather than queue up for a (sometimes empty) canteen.

The hotels do you want me one in the speech it's considered rated the best but unfortunately is not worth what they're charging the rooms are big but the shower it's terrible really terrible and the service it's terrible to the bed is hard there are no options of pillows and the rooms need some renovations
