Staff is wonderful. The rooms and lobby are up to date and clean. Great experience.
Property was clean and welcoming. My only complaint was the noise outside of my room. I was in room 203 and was woken up all night by people coming and going from the main lobby. I didn’t get a good night sleep at all.
Nice modern room but very little shampoo provided.
The property is ok, however, we were in the 4th floor and we heard a party and people shouting all night long. Nobody came to supervise the situation. It was a complete nightmare. We're not coming back to this place.
I loved the hotel
The staff are not friendly. The front desk receptionist had issue locating my name in their system even after showing the reservation details from Orbitz app. The property is not cleanly maintained particularly the room was very badly maintained.
My room was so spacious and had all these updated amenities. It even on netflix as an option on the tv. My only complaints were that i did not get the extra towels i asked for and that the shower pressure was a little low.
I would give the property 4 stars even though we had to change rooms because the tv wasn't working.
0 stars tub had hair in it & old toothpaste in the sink
No restaurants were open. No maid service unless requested 24hr ahead. could have provided at least a microwave in room since there were no eating facilities due to COVID
