This is a very old establishment. Location is convenient but rooms are very old, dirty walls and stale hallways. Decent breakfast though.

Even though the Hotel has Best Western brand, it's owned and operated independently, which it says right at the entrance. The building is old and the hallways have a stale smell. The room has old paint and has stains in the wall like someone crushed a few mosquitoes. Bed was not very comfortable and the room we stayed in had a window facing the street and was very noisy. The staff was polite and helpful though, which made the stay bearable. The free complimentary breakfast was good. The hotel is close to Railway station, 3 minute walk to bus stop and 3 stops later you are at the Firenze SMN station. But, from walking perspective, it seems like the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. The streets don't look safe enough to walk at night. We won't stay at this hotel again. Ok for a one night crash, not for a vacation. It totally ruined our vacation mood and was a far cry from the hotel we stayed at in Rome.

This hotel had good staff who were helpful in giving us directions, lending us a power adapter, and providing a warm welcome. It was about a 45 minute walk from the train station. The property is in an old building, perhaps early 20th century or older, but the features and fixtures were all new. It is located outside of the downtown core but within walking distance. It is in a quiet hilltop neighborhood near San Giacomo church but is near some bars, cafés and restaurants.

We were offered an executive suite in a unit across the street, controlled by key-card access. Unfortunately, the hotel would not give us a second key, so it was hard for one person to go out while the other stayed in the hotel, since the key card is required for the lights in the room to work. The executive extended-stay suite we were given had a beautiful bathroom, satellite TV, and a courtyard area outside. This hotel was a great value during the off-season. The staff was helpful and even allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel after checking out, allowing us to explore the city without our luggage.

Clean and Affordable location. Staff is friendly, price is in consideration of Location. Off the beaten path in a residential area.

The hotel is close to the airport, very clean and accomadating

Staff was helpful. The room was clean yet very noisy (#109), smelled of cigarettes and the bathroom/shower is super TINY . I couldn't wash my hair properly due to the size. Location is fine... 10-15 mins walking from Firenze station.

I would like to give a great review to the front desk clerk, [...]. She was so friendly, and so helpful during my stay...Not only did she recommend some wonderful restaurants, but she booked a tour for me and gave me explicit directions to places of interest for me...She was truly a God send for me....Thanks [...].....Gene Perrin, USA

The hotel had plenty of space for us. It was a 1 bedroom condo. But it did not have a restaurant. The condo was new and very clean.

Our hotel was close to the train station...but not very convenient to the city or many choices in places to eat dinner. Luckily the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful in providing us bus information and tickets to be able to travel within the city. Without them we would have wandered around frustrated and hungry. Room was clean and good sized...we also seemed to luck out and get a room with a balcony...as we did not see any other balconies I do not think this is the norm. But a nice surprise for us!

I thought there was a pool, and I thought this was closer to the center of Florence than it was. There was no pool, and it was a 20 minute walk to the train station. However, it was quiet and air-conditioned, and that alone made it enviable for tourists staying elsewhere. Staff was great and encouraging, and I enjoyed the breakfast, too.

Great hotel with friendly staff, clean room and bathroom, great breakfast. But a bit far from city center if you are planning on walking. Bus stop is close by to take you to city center.

Price was right and there was gated parking. First room we were given the A/C did not work... moved to a nearby room which was fine. The rooms are not nice, but we weren't expecting much for this price.
