Everyone was very kind, accomadating. Because we came in last minute, they only had rooms for us for 3 nights. They were extremely helpful in finding us another hotel & even carried our bags there. I would highly recommended staying at the Adelaide Hotel Centrale!
My stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The staff was very accommodating, the rooms were very clean, the hotel's location was perfect. The best part was the size of the rooms and the bathrooms! Breakfast was amazing with many options. Would definitely recommend!

I stayed here one night and loved it overall. The relatively small hotel is located on a few floors of a grad old palazzo. The room had one of the coolest bathrooms I've seen in any hotel, and the decor was generally impressive. Very comfortable, clean, and soothing space, especially in the peak of summer. The hotel is in a very central but quiet location, steps from the Duomo. Not the cheapest option to be sure, but worth it if you're looking for a modern and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the buffet breakfast is above average. The only downside was the tiny crammed elevator and an overly elaborate and somewhat confusing system with codes to access the different floors and rooms, with old-fashioned keys that jammed in strange ways. Both another guest and I could not figure out the way to get into our respective rooms and had to call the night concierge, who was very nice about it. Still, when two people are having the same problem at the same time, it's evidence of.. a problem. Not a big deal, though. I would definitely stay here again!
This hotel was great, very accommodating, and close to the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. We arrived around 12noon and hotel check-in wasn't until 3pm. There was a very clean spacious bathroom in the lobby where we were able to freshen up. We were able to lock our suitcases in a locker while we went to lunch and the front desk staff put in a request for our room to be cleaned next. We came back around 2pm and our room was ready and our luggage had been placed in the room already. The room was big and the bathroom was very spacious as well. Plenty of room to spread out. There was also a safe for our valuables. The hotel is only a couple of blocks to the Dumo, restaurants, and shops. We walked to the leather market and Ponte Vecchio easily. The breakfast in the morning was basic but great. It was just what we needed to start our day. Very pleased with this hotel, I will stay again!
Charming, modern and fresh. Breakfast is fantastic, with eggs or crepes and so much more. Staff helped us book tickets to a theater performance and gave spot-on advice on restaurants and museums.The location is truly central, and an easy trip from the airport or train station. The "Superior" room was spacious and comfortable, and the slippers were a nice touch.
