The staff were rude and unprofessional while attempting to assist customers. Rooms were overbooked and guests, such as myself, were not able to have a room when trying to check in. Rooms were being assigned to people that renovations were not done in.
I was asleep in bed and woken by an intruder with pass key to rooms.I told the front desk,they said nothing but did confirm workers there have pass keys.I checked out after being there 3 hrs,did not feel safe!
