The staff was so nice to allow me a 3 hours early check in at no extra cost.

The 2nd floor smelled of mold, stale cigarettes and weed. The room was filthy with spills on the floor, gross stuff smeared on the walls and counter. I also noticed burn holes in the bedding and mold around the windows. The bathroom had broken tiles and a slow drain. We got out of there as soon as we could.

The staff was wonderful and helpful whenever we had a request. I was a bit disappointed that breakfast included no protein, but that was small. We were a little surprised to see that different rooms had different features. Our refrigerator was quite small and didn't fit the space. Another room had a properly sized fridge, but it wasn't in the little kitchenette area, and a third room had a very large microwave on the counter instead of up in the cubby. It wasn't a problem, just was a little surprising. It appeared that the rooms were in the middle of renovations or something. We loved the people and the location was great.

Reserved 5 rooms but provided 4 rooms and strage room, so can't use 5th room. We were so dispointed that the 4 rooms and hallways were so dirty and smelly, very bad conditions. However, we arrived around 1:30am and were unable to change hotels for the first night. Unfunatly, So many bugs in the rooms, we can't sleeped. Last week, I saw the bad comments and called the hotel to confirm, the manager told me not to worry, "the hotel is clean and they sprayed three times a week". But none of that was true.

Had to retrieve towels at the front desk most nights. Trash in the room was only taken out one or two times in the eight day stay. Not again! Room was advertised to have a queen bed and small kitchen. Got the room with a queen and was given 30 minutes to take it or leave it??

The place was rundown and shabby from the first step inside. This is after arriving to find limited parking between one broken down SUV that was parked in two spots, a semi truck parked there, and at least two tow-behind trailers hooked to trucks. The elevator was out of order for the 4 days we were there. As we walked down the hall there were at least 3 rooms that used to be guest room that were pad-locked shut. Our smoke-free room left our pajamas and personal bedding smelling deeply of smoke. Not enough towels for our group of 5. House keeping did poor job of tidying up and left a used cleaning rag in the ice bucket. Breakfast options were meager at best, coffee was basically brown water and there was no protein option. For the price we paid per night, this was the worst Wyndham owned Inn, it was the third one we stayed in this year alone. Disappointed is the kindest thing we can say about it. We also had family in two other rooms that had just as poor experiences.

It was a dirty Hotel with a bad odor and I found a bed bug on my gf T-shirt so Be Ware when staying there.

Staff was good. Room was not ready at 5:00.

First floor carpet dirty. Room clean. Didn’t feel safe with some people possibly on drugs.

Room was nice, heater barely worked, bed wasn’t made 2 of the 5 days, vending machines weren’t stocked, breakfast was a joke for a hotel.

Found slug on carpeting in microtel and tv broke down. Staff did jump on tv but still took over an hour to fix

The negatives of this experience make it difficult to think of a positive. The ice machine worked; the shower was good; air conditioner was cold.

Reserved 5 rooms but provided 4 rooms and strage room, so can't use 5th room. We were so dispointed that the 4 rooms and hallways were so dirty and smelly, very bad conditions. Dear guest I apologize that your 5th room was not clean upon arrival. You did not like the suites as there was never a mention of you having insects in the room. And we do have a pest control company that inspects the property weekly. You were refunded for the room you did not get to use and were refunded for the nights you did not stay. Again our apologies that you were not satisfied with the hotel.
