Pleasant room and facility. Smaller motel. Allows pets. Modern style. Friendly staff. Easy to book & checkout

The wifi was non-functioning. The tub/shower wasn't installed at the correct angle, so there was always a puddle of water in the middle. There was poor water pressure. There was limited hot (warm) water. The breakfast selections were far inferior to other places we stayed on our trip, and this was the highest nightly rate we paid on our trip. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, but since the water wasn't that hot, it didn't become a problem.

No hot water to take a shower and in the bath sink, actually it was ice water, very disappointing. Reported to Orbits aand Hotel staff.

Super friendly staff, clean, modern room. Close to restaurants & easy access to I-95. Pet friendly too with a dog walking area behind the hotel.

The water pressure for the shower was lacking. I never experienced such a problem before.

When we checked in, there was so much frost on freezer that the refrigerator door would not close and water all over floor. Reported issue to staff in another room. Hung around for an hour. Nobody came to correct. Refrigerator was replaced by time we returned on first day. When we returned at 7:00pm on second day, room had not been cleaned. Called front desk to report this and say we needed towels and supplies. No apology, just a reluctant "we can bring towels". And that is all we rec'd. No coffee, soap, etc.

Good stay for overnight stopover on route to orlando. Good breakfast

Very nice hotel right off of I 95. Clean room and good amenities including breakfast. Good overnight stop from virginia to orlando.

The staff was friendly, but it appears that the management doesn't pay attention to the care of the hotel or their guests. Our room had an unplugged refrigerator and when we plugged it in, we found out why - it made a racket. We had already unpacked, so we didn't ask for a change of room and just unplugged it again. The heating system was also noisy and although the windows appeared to keep out the cold, they hardly stopped the road noise from the nearby road. The breakfast set-up was disjointed. For example, the bread was on the other side of the room from the toaster and the utensils weren't near where you would need them. Also, it appeared that the halls, floors and elevators were a bit scuffed up and not maintained. When we went to the front desk to tell them about the issues, the manager just walked away, while the clerk listened and apologized.

We were there for an overnight stay, but we enjoyed the very comfortable room, reliable internet services and enjoyable hot morning breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. We went on our merry way feeling restful and happy about our overnight lodging.

Bathrooms are old and filthy. Sink is rusty. drain missing finish. I am not sure if the linen.were clean. I kept the lights off, not to get a surprise. Staff is rude and they act like you owe them something.

The room was clean and comfortable. The sink in fhe bathroom had a very slow drain, but the bed was comfortable and the room didn't have any smells. I sas pleased.

There was no water pressure to the shower. None. Also there was a spider web above the bed headboard. The bed sheet was coming off and it was inside out. Advice go to Hampton Inns!!!!!!

Hotel appearance is wonderful. The location is close to the interstate for easy access. I had to change rooms on the second day of the trip because of faulty locks on the room door. I was able to lock the door from the inside however the door did not lock when I left the room. I was not able to secure my belongs in the room so I had to carry some lungage with me. After speaking with three different hotel staff members I was moved to a differnt room with working locks. The third hotel staff member told me that the lock on that door (Room 319) has not been working for the past few weeks. If this is an ongoing issue then Room 319 should not be given to guest.

Convenient to I-95. It was nice.

I stayed 2 nights and the hotel was nice and clean.

Was not impressed with room service. Had to ask for soap and toilet paper. Good location.

Great rooms and restful after a long drive. Great breakfast and easy access to get right back on the journey home.

i accidently reserved the room a day later than i was supposed to and the hotel mgmt. switched it for me with no extra charge. the beds were really comfortable, but the bathroom was a bit dirty with stains in the tub. good experience in all.

Quick check-in for prepaid reservation; room was already assign. Nice, clean king-size bed room with microwave and refrigerator. Directory in room contained a list of restaurants in the area; we used the list and ate at one of the restaurants having a pleasant and inexpensive meal. We would gladly go back for the overnight next time we are returning from Florida. Florence is a convenient travel distance from Tampa and to our home in Wilmington, DE.
