Great property, great location , courteous service. We a family of four had a Quad room with a view. Everything worked as expected.

Beautiful setting. Especially the rooftop garden. Easy access to Florence. When we returned to Florence we hope to stay at the same hotel

We stayed in Florence for two nights. This hotel certainly did the job and much more. The staff was very accommodating with our luggage while we adventured into the city. The breakfast was delicious. It was in a great location that was accessible to everything in the city. All in all, highly recommended and the price met the quality.

I love this hotel - but it needs to be maintained better. The mattress has dips in it, the curtain had a hole, the shower was missing tiles, the drawers in the dresser did not go in and out without a lot of adjustments....worst of all, something was off with the plumbing and there were whiffs of bad smells coming up from the sink drain...but we couldn't open the window because it was directly in front of the toilet and facing the elevator. Breakfast was not good.

Our room was on the fourth floor, just down the hall from breakfast room. Breakfast was lovely. On the same floor wonderful outdoor patio with great view. Great location for an afternoon drink. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Location couldn't have been better; close to Duomo, Ponte Vecchio.

Walking distance from train station, great restaurants, river, shopping

Everything here was wonderful. Super clean and everything was beautiful. Hotel was a classic. Location is the best.

Small room and tiny bathroom . Old and needs to be refreshed.

This is a beautifully classic hotel in a very nice part of the city. It is within walking distance of everything important, including the central train station, duomo and museums. The rooftop terrace is more perfect than the photos show. We enjoyed dinner there at sunset. The rooms can be tight if you're expecting American-sized rooms. Staff were always delightful. My only complaint is that the rooms have plastic cups instead of glass -- not so classy when drinking Tuscan wine.

Great hotel in two former Renaissance palaces on one of Florence's premier shopping streets a half block from the Arne River and convenient walk to all the major attractions in the city center. Breakfast was fabulous! Our room on fifth floor was not air conditioned, so ask about AC if you're going in the summer.

Very nice hotel with such Florence quaintness. Central location, and a very helpful staff. A good experience overall. The breakfast was a great bonus.

Clean and nice. The location is perfect. Taxis on the door and you can walk to all the important places.

We booked 2 nights here for a friends wedding. The front desk staff is very nice and helped us with all our random questions. The hotel is very large, like a museum, however has a great Italian charm. Our room was a good size for 2, clean and bed was comfortable. Our safe was busted, and the staff tried their best to fix it, however we chose to use our friends safe as they couldnt fix ours until our last night. The breakfast is great, and the location is amazing. Walking distance to everything and the best gelateria (right across the bridge!).. the rooms are very expensive, so If you can catch a deal,, grab it!

I would have given this boutique hotel 4 stars, if not for the following: 1. A motion detector controlling lights in the room - not a smart idea. You really don't want full lights turned on in the middle of the night. 2. Poorly designed shower door. Any attempt to use the shower would result in a lot of water on the floor. 3. The safe in the room was too small to accommodate a 17 inch laptop computer But the staff was really friendly and helpful; the breakfast was good; location - perfect

The worst quality in the world, vey bad hotel, a lot of dirty and nothing works

very nice rooms and services, good food, center location in Florence historic district,

Stayed for 2 nights for business trip. If it wasn't the business trip, it would be very romantic. Good service & great location. The only trouble was street work is ongoing in front of hotel. Shuttle service is only from airport so please make sure about it.

Lovely hotel close to Ponte Vecchio and shopping. Room was comfortable and quiet. The complimentary breakfast offers a nice variety. There is also an airport shuttle available.

Near shopping and Ponte Vecchio. Nice breakfast and comfortable room.

Outstanding room with windows on two sides. Separated bathroom with bath and sink in one room and toilet in a separate room. Excellent breakfast with outstanding outdoor pation seating. Short cab ride from train station.
