Fantastic hotel in the heart of Firenze. Walking distance from the Duomo. Great staff, very clean and comfortable rooms. Definitely we are staying at Brunelleschi again. Use the valet to park your car. I am pretty good driving thru tiny streets, this time around I let the valet take care of parking. The streets were too narrow for our car :)

This experience more than lived up to expectations. We were able to walk everywhere from this super central location tucked away on a small side street. Only €12-15 in taxi from train station. A lovely and consistent welcome from all of the staff. Terrific service. The rooms are amazing and the decor very tasteful. Breakfast buffet was extensive and good quality, again with many friendly staff to assist. We managed to find some good local drinks/dining options within walking distance (e.g. Konnubio, Enotecha Alessi) Ps hotel guests can visit the ancient Roman baths & artifacts in the cellar. The medieval tower also is special.

Spent 4 wonderful nights in this hotel last week with my wife and 3 kids (17-22). We found the staff exceptionally helpful and courteous and the room were nicely appointed and seemed to be cleaned every time we spent any time away from the hotel. The included breakfast was fantastic and the morning waitstaff were more attentive than any other hotel we stayed in during out trip to Italy. The location was perfect for us since it seemed to be in the epicenter of all the sites we wanted to visit. It is located on a very small street, so our drivers could not come directly to the hotel but this was not a problem as they would meet us in the lobby and walk us to the vehicle parked around the corner....maybe 40 yards. The only "different" thing about this hotel is that, due to the hotel layout, you have to take 2 separate elevators to get to rooms above the 1st floor. While it seemed strange at first, it really was not a problem and many times we just took the stairs. Overall, Hotel Brunelleschi far exceeded our expectations.

Definitely one of the best hotels I've been too. The hotel lobby is cozy and aromatic. The Deluxe room we stayed is so spacious. Bed, pillows and linen are soft and plush. Fresh white long stem roses inside the room. Got basket of fresh fruits and 2 bottles of water as a welcome for us. They do turn down at nights and prepare bottle of water at your bedside. After a long day of exploring Florence, it is a comfortable and relaxing night at this hotel. Though food selection for breakfast is limited and doesn't have any daily variations, the quality of food, fresh fruits and coffee is great. Staffs are warm, accommodating and prompt in their service. Highly recommended.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel Brunelleschi during the PittiUomo fair. The hotel is located in the center 2mins walk from the duomo but tucked away from the nose. The receptionists are very kind and professional. Obviously at the time of the year all hotels are fully booked and prices are doubled if not more. We were lucky enough to find a room at Brunelleschi but unfortunately it was one of the smallest room and the bathroom as well. However it was very clean and had all the necessarie. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of variety and the waiters were very attentive as well We booked to dine at their gourmet restaurant but unfortunately there wasn't any availability hence the concierge took it upon himself to walk us to a near by Restuarnt which was really delightful. Thank you so much. I will certainly return but please don't give me room 107.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel while we were in Florence. The hotel was beautifully decorated and the service at the hotel was fantastic. We are planning another trip to Florence next year and we are hoping to stay there again.

I was not impressed with Hotel Brunelleschi. I had absolutely terrible customer service at the front desk and dining room. Unfortunately, these experiences soured my view of Florence because the hotel staff was so rude. My husband and I elected to stay here as part of our honeymoon. When we arrived at the hotel, they attempted to up-sell on us on a room was that 4x the price of the room we were staying at. Despite saying no, the front desk insisted that we see the room prior to declining. We viewed the room and it was spectacular, however, it was too much money. My husband and I explained that we were exhausted and just wanted to get into our room. The man at the front desk became very snippy once we declined and stated that people had stayed pass their check-out time and we would have to wait for 3 hours. When we sat down to wait in the lobby, the front desk asked us to leave and come back in 2 hours. Needless to say, this is not how we anticipated to be welcomed. After about 2.5 hours we were brought up to our small Deluxe Room. We refreshed and went downstairs for dinner at about 8pm. It took 5 minutes for anyone to say anything to us. We were then notified that the restaurant was full, despite there only being about 8 people in the dinning room. When we noted that it was not even half full they stated there were other reservations. We went to a pizzeria around the corner instead. When we return 1.5 hours later, the restaurant had fewer people than it did previously. We were disappointed by the service and professionalism of the staff at Brunelleschi. However, the location was fantastic for exploring Florence.

This hotel is just wonderful. The desk staff/concierges are so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect: right in the heart of the action around the corner from the Duomo. However, it sits in its own private piazetta. This makes it very quiet if you want the tranquility after a busy day. an added bonus is their museum in the basement. Turns out the hotel - a former woman's/nun's prison was built over some Roman Baths. They were discovered on a renovation some years back. It is now preserved with some artifacts also being displayed. The fod in the dining room and breakfast was excellent.

This hotel has a lot of history, which makes it even cooler to stay here. The front desk staff really go above and beyond. We were greeted right away and placed in a nice sitting area while we "checked in" - it was nice because we didn't have to stand at the front desk and wait, they did everything for us and it was quick. We were walked to our rooms with an explanation of the history of thee hotel and where everything was in our room. The wi-if is a bit spotty. We had 2 rooms, one of our rooms had a pretty small shower, so if you're a big person, you may have a tough time taking a shower - it was perfect for us. Our other bathroom was a full size shower. The breakfast buffet was really nice and the servers were friendly and attentive. The breakfast has a small section of gluten-free items like crackers, cookies and breadsticks. However, their are many other things on the buffet that are gluten-free as well. They have several options for vegan as well. One of our children's is gluten-free and the other is vegan, so sometimes it can be challenging to find the perfect balance. This hotel is right down the street from the Duomo and really walking distance from many tourist attractions. I highly recommend this hotel!

Just spent 5 nights at the hotel, the service at reception was slick, friendly and thoughtful. Excellent restaurant suggestions provided by the reception colleagues, the hotel restaurant was a delight too. All booked for us and we were given a map to the restaurant as well as the usual city map. Advice was offered about pre booking key sites and bookings made on our behalf which meant we saw everything we had on our list. Our rooms were lovely, clean, beautifully decorated with spacious showers and nice toiletries.
