Loved the spectacular decor of the hotel and the rooms. Breakfast had good options and was delicious, I highly recommend including it in your package. We were also very impressed with the state of the art gym. Also, staff was very helpful and informative.

Perfect location. Beautiful property with clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Extremely nice staff! Everyone we met was kind and helpful. One of our best hotel experiences as a family of 6. We were able to have 2 adjoining rooms to all be together. We will definitely stay here again.
Wow, this place is a gem within minutes of the duomo & market. Our room was HUGE way bigger than we expected with 2 bathrooms! Hardwood floors & AC. Breakfast was decent and service was impeccable!! The Veneto host was so nice and seeet she made every reservation we needed, gave us advice and in the end made the stay a 5 star!

2-min walk from the Duomo. Great location! Nice small hotel. Room interiors very tasteful. V helpful staff, nice bkfst spread. The bath area can be better insulated to prevent water from seeping out. The bar can stay open longer than 10:30 pm.

Convenient location, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Breakfast included with the room was very nice. Wifi was poor in the room. only had 1 computer for guest use. Room were very spacious with tall ceilings. All bathroom are large and modern. We had triple room # 312 initially on the top floor but for some reason it was infested with little flies. Kill 10+ flies after check-in. there was no other room available for change so receptionist said it will be spray and treated while we went out to dinner. Came back after 2 hours and still more flies. Killed them all before going to bed and woke up with still more flies. We kept all windows and doors closed, so don't know how they got in. May be they have a nest inside somehow. Anyway, was able to switch to #214 the next day. The room was amazing and best of all NO flies! It's a small hotel with modern styles, everything and everyone was nice and helpful. Wifi is ONLY good in the lobby. We didn't have time to use the complimentary sauna, steam room, gym, etc. but it is available. Free 10 min. chair massage is nice touch. Will definitely stay again.

The staff is young and work very hard to help and please the guests. The only problem that I had was a bollixed massage appointment (which was resolved satisfactorily). One word to the wise: As with just about everywhere in southern Italy, the staff's directions were maddeningly imprecise. . The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. Sitting at night in the restaurant's outdoor space with a glass of wine and work was delightful. I had a single room which was very quiet (as requested) with lots & lots of space. Very appreciated. Patrizia, the masseuse, was outstanding.
this hotel was a delight.... From the very friendly staff, to the mini bar full of drinks and snacks that are complementary everything was perfect. Well, almost everything.... The free wifi needs to be improved otherwise there is really nothing I could complaint about. And did I mention the location ? In a very quiet side street just 2 minutes to the Duomo.
