The Fairway is the only other Inn aside from the casino across the street..It's dated but I found it to be clean...and there are renovations and upgrades on going....The staff were very kind and courteous...The continental breakfast set up was more than adequate...a hint...call the hotel and inquire about room availability and rates.You may be pleasantly surprised...I rented a room with double queens...It had a t.v..microwave ,a really nice sized fridge...Bigger than the normal dinky motel models....water was instant hot in the shower...Bottom line is if you want a nice quiet inexpensive place to stay this is it...I wouldn't hesitate to book another room there if I need to.
the room was large and very nice but you should know that it had no coffee maker and the internet did not work well. also it was on the second floor and there is no elevator. We did enjoy the tub with jets.

It was great value to visit Belterra. We didn't want to pay a fortune to stay at the casino, so staying across the street with a free shuttle, at an affordable price was perfect
If the first appearance of the place was any indication of the stay, then I was dead wrong. I was honestly scared to even go in b/c the outside was just not appeasing. However the staff , cleanliness of the rooms, the newness of the hotel made this an outstanding value for the money. If you are looking for Hardwood floor this, granite this and crystal that, you are in the wrong place, but if you are looking for the best bang for the lowest dollar this in my opinion has been one of the best values I got!!!
I attended a convention at the Belterra and needed a place just for one night (my waking hours would all be at the Belterra) only for myself. This was perfectly located. Certainly not fancy but the bed was comfortable and (at least on the day I was there, a Thursday) it was quiet. No smoking smell in the room. Very good value.
This place is not pleasant to the eyes but was for the most part clean. However the staff was unfriendly and not very helpful. Also amenities are non-existent, shower was horrible, breakfast horrible, tv horrible. Dont recommend.
Although we only stayed one night we enjoyed it and the shuttle service to the casino was super, getting back was another story. I suspect that it was the valet service at the casino. Next time I will use my own auto. Hotel service was good and the price is reasonable plus it is just across the road from the casino!
When we got in at night the room seemed nice with a larger than normal bathroom. But when we woke up the next morning we found a nasty yellow stain on one of the sheets and a spider in the sheets of the other bed. I suggest you pay the extra money and stay at the casino.
Hotel lost online reservation that I made 11 months ago because of expected (and fulfilled) high demand from first Sprint Cup NASCAR race, [...]tried to move me to another hotel but was too far away and said I had to pay the difference! I just drove back home for the night! I never got in the room to rate it so I just put average ratings for all the in room stuff.
Good location to Kentucky Speedway.
You get what you pay for ,clean nice size room. Ver thin wall, noise in next room, noise over head ( maybe elephant and monkeys)from 3 till 5 AM. coffee in??.. lounge ok very slim brunce. A yoiu get what you pay for!!!!!!

Stayed to have a night away with the hubby and the hotel was just way overrated and over priced. The room was not homey feeling, the beds were nasty with stained sheets, old TV in the room, holes in the wall, poor paint jobs, hardly any decor in the room, uncomfortable beds and noisy. I will not be staying there again and feel like I really got screwed as much as we paid for one night....ridiculous!!!!
Went to Belterra. Bath tubs instead of showers or let guest know. Better choice in tv channels.
Stayed here instead of the casino. Clean rooms. Shuttle a very nice plus. The girl working was rude to us and was on her cell phone most of the time. I thought I had booked accidentaly a smoking room and called to double check and she was very rude to me. Customer service needs work. The next morning when we checked out a new girl was much more pleasant Other than that a nice place. Will stay again.
While we were there we visited Belterra Casino which is actually within walking distance. The next morning we enjoyed the free continental breakfast. Before we knew the hotel existed we tried to make reservations at the casino hotel which was booked. The Fairway hotel was available, and the price compared to the casino hotel was much less, which allowed us more money to donate to the casino.
We went to two casinos and only stayed in the hotel at night. The soap bars they gave you was very small.
