Older facility but close to I 95,convenient to many restaurants,. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. Would stay again.

Stayed for one night. Easy check-in and check-out. Only issue was when I went to breakfast, very little options were left. Would've been nice if they had put out a little more for the late comers.

Long line at front desk with only one person staffing it. Get customer service was great! Quiet hotel.

Linen smelled bad and I was itching and have bites on my hands and legs. Not clean and will not stay there again

There seemed to be a lot of maintenance issues here. The staff was friendly but it seems the owners expectations are not high enough or the staff is lacking direction. The room I had was filthy. The alarm clock was not plugged in so I pulled out the night stand to find a 1/2 inch minimum of dust and debris and random hair ties etc. The bathroom was filthy and when I ran the bath water it was gray. I felt the staff had a script they had to adhere to and they would have been no help even though they may have wanted to help. They have good people working for them. They have not set their employees up to succeed. Their rate appears reasonable on orbitz but you get charged $15 for checking in an hour early and they made me pay extra for a non handicapped room. I unknowingly booked a wheel chair accessible room... which is described as “accessible” on Orbitz and only in fine print.... when i arrived I asked for a regular room as I did not want to take a handicapped room since I am fully capable. They charged me an additional $25 for a standard room with 2 full sized beds. One one a standard frame and one on a queen sized Fran ( which I ran into and gouged my shin because it was disguised by bedding. I have travelled for 21 years and stayed in all kinds of hotels. This was one of the worst... in fact so bad I actually took time to write this review. There are plenty of hotels In the area, I would suggest forgoing this one.

Good choices of places to eat within walking distance and all equipment operation as required only down fall was that the towels were like sand paper, very rough like they totally forget the softener. Otherwise I would have rated it excellent in all areas. High recommend.

This was a nicer hotel for the area. We paid the extra few dollars and were pleased that we had about double the space. It was definitely worth it to get to get the suite. The room when we arrived looked nice though there were a few small scraps of garbage. The beds were okay but not the most comfortable. There was a lampshade missing which was laughable at worst. Overall very pleased with the room itself. Also the first morning housekeeping only halfway made the beds. Once again laughable at worst. Though the property came with free breakfast it left much to be desired. The 'hot' items were either standard waffles you can find anywhere, or a fridge full of a variety of breakfast meat and egg dishes with a microwave next to it. We ate it once but never went back. The fitness center and pool facility were nice. Very secure property and conveniently located.

On check in, we were 1)-directed to a room that had not been made up (no sheets on bed), 2)- redirected to another room that had someone else's suitcases in it, 3)-were told we could not get Wyndham points for our stay, 4)-a demand for spouse's ID due to a recent murder in the area. Finally, we got assigned another room that was not ready, found a housekeeper who said she was not alerted to make up that room, and tipped her to ready the room for us. The facility manager was rude throughout, and her trainee was struggling to appropriately check in guests.

We have stayed atvthis hotel before and it was a good value. We liked the.comfortable walk to moderately-priced restaurants. Most important: Good bed.

Facility especially staircase, is worn and in poor condition. Toilet seal leaked, mold on tub grout. Desk clerk not welcoming.

Arrived around 12.30 in morning, arrived in front of are room and a light was on. That was a very nice for us seniors. Our cat went in small opening at head of bed. We waited 2 1/2 for help to lift the bed up to get her out. Staff was very nice, rooms very clean. Of course Allowing pets was was very imported to us as we had to leave quickly because of IRMA. We had a comfortable stay.

Left a Kindle Fire and the employees called me and I was able to come by on my way home to get it. Really a unique and honest effort by the employees.

We were moved to 3 different rooms to find one clean bed!! Will not return!

I made reservations and it was an easy check in, my only concern was we couldn't use the sheets because it was blood splatter on them.

The hotel was okay for the price we paid. It was great for a cheap overnight stay.

The staff at Baymont was super friendly & the place was clean & comfortable. Great location!! Would definitely recommend!

The room was neat & clean . Staff was helpful. Travel north & south twice a year & this hotel is on the perfect spot .

I think they could run better specials but it's ok

Convenient from I-95. Agree with previous reviewer, room had a funny smell. Otherwise, very basic motel. Staff was very nice.

Staff was very kind, and professional....really loved the pool...room was clean and very comfortable...I will stay again if I ever return to the area
