This is an open space with very hight beamed ceiling divided in a kitchen, living zone, bathroom and THE BEAUTIFUL TERRACE OVERLOOKS ROOFS AND THE CAPPELLE MEDICEE.

The kitchen is equipped with microwave, inductions cookers, fridge, kettle, coffee Italian machine,toaster and all necessary utensils for cooking , dining table with two seats.

The living area is equipped by sofa bed, small table and one chair.

The bedroom area has a king-size bed with a flat TELEVISION ( ITALIAN CHANNELS).

The bathroom has a shower, the WC and the sink.

Utilities, bed linen and towels are included in the price. (1 big towel, 1 small towel)

The beautiful terrace is the MUST of this apartment which is perfect for an outside lunch or dinner and it overlooks the roofs and the cappelle medicee where you can admire stunning sunsets and enjoy a romantic dinner by candle-light.
