First room bed was broken i could see as soon as I walked in. Second room was dirty and not cleaned well or inspected. Clothes in bathroom. Trash on floor.
It was in a convenient location for me. There was a bit of a wait at check in with no one in front of me. The manager (a hispanic female) seemed to be training a new employee. However, I should have been greeted & advised that they works be right with me. Instead they visually acknowledged me but said nothing. We later discovered that our room had no heat. It was not working. It was late when we got to our room so I didn't make a fuss the first night. However, I did inform them the second night. This manager (a white male) was very pleasant and asked if we would like to be moved to another room. As it was again late when we returned and we were checking out the next day we opted not to be moved. However, I think it's unacceptable to have to endure that in winter. This obviously shows a lack of maintenance on the hotel's part.
I was display the front desk when I got ready to check it the Front Desk stared my card was Declined which was not true they asked me if I had another card to use I stated no & I suggested to try the card again & It did work so when when we arrived at our room the toilet did not work therefore we were told they had one other room available so when we arrived The entire room smelled like Marijuana at that point the manager was gone for the night & I had to wait until tomorrow to speak to her so me & My Husband Had to drive to a store & purchase a can of air freshener in order to stay in the room.the next morning I spoke to the manager I suggested to take )10 off our bill she said she would.on Saturday evening me & My Husband experience a very large bug on the wall It was awfulI I asked the front desk about contacting the manager it was told to me I had to wait until Monday morning to speak with the manager I would like for the manager to remove my charge for staying on Saturday due to the bugs I experienced on satetda
The smell, Sheets were dirty.. The manager of the hotel had an attitude because me and my family all wanted to leave.. I wouldn’t recommend this Holiday Inn
