The Residence is located on the heights of Saint Pierre La Mer, 650 m from the shops and 700 m from the sea. It has a swimming pool of 12m x 8 m with a depth of 150 to 210 cm, open from June 15 to September 15. A tennis court is also available upon reservation.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon collection of the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/single bed kit: 9.00 euros/towel kit : with a large and a small towel: €8.00).
WIFI BOX rental: €39/week
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the "swikly" link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (Not in cash or checks).
Not suitable for PRMs.
The tourist tax is extra.
The keys can be collected from the Citygest agency between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. during the summer season.
