The room was very clean! The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great! It helped a lot having a refrigerator and microwave in the room for our snacks and beverages. The door needs better weather stripping as there was a substantial gap between the door and the frame. Not only did this allow cold air in the room, but we were able to hear the loud late arrival of other guests at 11:30pm.
I highly recommend this hotel!
What a bad situation where my keys never worked to gain access to my room
Room 106 needs new mattresses and rotated more you sleep in a hole and I never seen toilet tissue or felt toilet tissue that was worse than paper towel I know most are 1 ply in in all my travel out the country this is the worst I ever felt
For the price, this is a perfectly acceptable property.

2 nite stay. Easy to find and affordable, quiet but noise travels easy through outside door to immediate parking lot, room clean but not spotless, nite staff impressive, submitted minor cleaning issues list to day staff and resubmitted same list next morning due no action taken (not sure who was actually behind desk the first time when list was submitted as person kept asking if I wanted the room serviced), Parking lot has very small parking spaces to the point some pickup trucks parked parallel. When parking lot is full, its a 32 point turn to back out without hitting anyone. So good for average vehicles but probably not recommended for large size unless they park away from the rooms. Its obvious the place has been renovated, coffee machine surprisingly clean, hair dryer has no buildup, new feel to place. I would stay here again even with the minor issues. I was looking for a bed and it fit the bill.
I was very disappointed when arriving and finding that this is a motel and not a hotel. Pictures did not represent this well and had I known I would not have booked. While checking in a manager was reprimanding an employee behind the desk. I felt like this was very unprofessional. The cable was not working when I called the front desk to report this the response I received was pretty much oh well!!! when asked if she knew when it would be fixed she responded with “when your cable is or at home do you know when it will be fixed!” The AC did not work and the room was very hot and smelled very musty. We checked out after one night and was pleased they did not give us a hard time. I guess the are probably used to that. Will not be returning!!!
Outdoor room entry (not apparent until arrived at the property)....way too noisy! Advertised property upgraded 4 months ago. If so, i can't imagine what conditions were like before the upgrade, i.e., beds are terrible (cheap, soft foam sinks 6"-8"), no fan in bathroom, A/C unit super-loud when on, and more. Poor-quality property overall....
Front desk staff was very nice but apparently the only one really there. Our microwave was broken and we didn't realize it until we'd purchased food. The entire housekeeping staff had 'called in' and no one even made up our room for the time we were there. No new towels, coffee etc. The room itself was really ok, good value for the money in Asheville.
They have remodeled the rooms, A nice clean comfortable place for a comfortable night sleep. Nothing real fancy, but perfect for a nice and affordable place to stay
I am a local resident to the area. Needed a place to stay because of work being done on my home. Upon check-in I was informed they do not rent to local residents. Therefore, they would not let me stay. I even informed them of my situation. They gave me a full refund. However, the lack of up front notification of this, either by the hotel or by Orbitz, I find completely unacceptable. Since I did not stay, I cannot comment on anything else.
